Flew to Denver to purchase a vehicle from Trinity Motors. Mike picked us up from Denver Airport which he offered to do. He drove us to Colorado Springs which was a 2 hour round trip for him. We purchased the vehicle and drove it 1200 miles home. We noticed the Head Up Display was slanted but assumed we could adjust when we got home. Turns out it needed a new windshield. We called Mike who immediately said he would cover the cost. It was an "as is" purchase so he could have played hard ball but he was great. Paid for the replacement and all is well. Traded in my Audi for a Dodge 2500 and this has been by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Mike is fantastic and gave the history of the truck and never once gave me all of the classic lines I've heard before. He told me to check out the other trucks and if this one worked then give him a call.
It was like talking to a neighbor over the fence and one of the biggest reasons I bought from him. I absolutely will be going out of my way to send business his way and to buy from Trinity motors again.

We purchased a vehicle from Trinity and shortly after driving away the vehicle started having issues. In any as is sales I have done before you kind of get what you get but I called in the off chance they would help us or at least point us in the direction of a good mechanic. They went above and beyond. They had us come in and did whatever they needed to to fix the vehicle. They were amazing and our experience as stress-free as possible. We are extremely grateful and with 3 girls going into teenage years very soon we will be purchasing from them again!

First of all I would say to have a little patience and don t rush the process at this awesome small dealership. I ve learned that Mike has a huge following of very satisfied and loyal customers. If you allow him the chance to earn your business you will see why so many people come back. There is a reason this guy is so busy and it took me a minute to realize that. I happen to live in Eastern Washington and I purchased a vehicle sight unseen. I second guessed myself several times during the process and I am extremely happy I went through with everything. I couldn t be more happy. Mike is absolutely a straight shooter and will never BS you. Trust me on this one. Buy your next vehicle from this guy. You won t regret it one bit. If you are fair with him he will be fair with you so don t go in there and expect a bunch of freebies.
