First of all I would say to have a little patience and don t rush the process at this awesome small dealership. I ve learned that Mike has a huge following of very satisfied and loyal customers. If you allow him the chance to earn your business you will see why so many people come back. There is a reason this guy is so busy and it took me a minute to realize that. I happen to live in Eastern Washington and I purchased a vehicle sight unseen. I second guessed myself several times during the process and I am extremely happy I went through with everything. I couldn t be more happy. Mike is absolutely a straight shooter and will never BS you. Trust me on this one. Buy your next vehicle from this guy. You won t regret it one bit. If you are fair with him he will be fair with you so don t go in there and expect a bunch of freebies. If you are expecting a free car you will be disappointed but if you expect honesty and a fair price this is the place I would recommend.
