Trinity health of new england Review

(West Hartford location) The doctors are okay. The staff is not. I ve been waiting TEN DAYS for a prescription refill on a life-threatening, chronic condition. The pharmacy has been calling their office daily with nothing happening. When I finally called them directly, they hemmed and hawed and said they d look into it.
This is not the first time something like this has happened. They will never contact you if there is a problem; they wait until you call them to see what the heck is going on and then shame you for not calling them sooner. Doctors leave and they don t inform their patients. Medications don t get refilled, appointments are cancelled, referrals never get sent. All of it, apparently, the patients fault.

I had to get a covid test n barely anyone there patient wise n had to wait an hour to get in exam room but when I did, the nurse and doctor were totally amazing!!! Very friendly, sympathetic and thorough..sent me home with proper medication for bronchitis, note for work and such without having to ask. I was very pleased with treatment. Front desk is a little snobby though

Everything was great! Fast service and everyone was very friendly and attentive!

I would like to give a SUPER HUGE THANK YOU, to Sarah in the Emergency Room today for being a great nurse and providing excellent service and care to my son and I. It seemed to be a regular busy Saturday in the ER and through it all Sarah remained patient and calm, and very nice, she answered questions I had, and took care of business to heal my son. I could tell that she is someone who truly loves her job and truly cares about her patients. Thank you so much Sarah!! Excellent service!!!

Walked in night before told best to make an appointment for next day. I did. Registration on line was easy. The nurses and doctors we amazing. They quickly identified a heart issue sent me to Er. Good catch! Saved my life!

They really helped me. Was having trouble hearing. They solved the problem, and did so quickly and professionally! I recommend this establishment 1000%.

Everyone who worked here was amazing. Super nice, competent, and personal staff.

Everything was good but if the results were back late Thursday night but No one called me Friday! Really needed the results Friday for my employer so I would be put back on the schedule! Now it s Saturday and unsure of when I can get back on schedule now! Think your timing for results call backs needs to be reviewed!

The quality of attention was great. Very thorough, and speedy. Much better than other urgent cares I've been to!

It was a great experience from beginning to end. The reception area was clean and neat. The reception staff was friendly. The PA Meghan was amazing. She was patient, gentle, through, and kind. She took the time to explain the possible diagnoses . She put my mind at ease and explained course of treatment, the diagnostic testing I needed, and finally next steps. I left feeling relieved.
