The Anglican church is very beautiful to see, especially because it is located in the middle of skyscrapers and has a very different appearance compared to modern New York.
Admission is free.

By all means visit this historic place. And do not miss the cemetery. It's old, old NYC. But it's still a vital church with much community outreach. If you're at the WTC Memorial, absolutely walk the 4-5 blocks to see Trinity

It is impressive to see a church in the middle of all these buildings, but it imposes itself by that beauty and its architecture. The old tombstones make me think of the Scottish cemetery, the contrast and striking.

Closed off for repairs or renovations and has been for awhile. The only grave anyone really goes to see you can still get to is Hamilton. Construction equipment covers the grounds and lies on top of graves so pretty much just a symbolic piece and any respect or true meaning behind the church has been thrown out the window.

Tourists! If you're looking for Alexander Hamilton's grave, it is in the section of graveyard that is next to the street. This is the left side when facing the church. I've seen many a person walk around endlessly so hopefully this helps. :)

I didn't actually go inside the church, but I looked around the graveyards, and Hamilton's grave. It is very buetiful, and some of the tombstones are almost 400 years old. I am sure that the inside of the church was just as beautiful as the outside, and I would've gone in, but I needed to catch a train.

The church that was the tallest building in Manhattan (and today is surrounded by skyscrapers)
It was once the tallest skyscraper in the city (those strange times when religion could compete at height with the world of business and corporate buildings). It is located at the intersection of Wall Street with Broadway in southern Manhattan. Inaugurated in 1846, and with its 86 meters in its tower, the Church of the Trinity dominated the skies of the city, a reign that lasted until 1890 with the construction of the New York World building (which in a few years would also remain "dwarf").
It is strange to see her there, reddish, small, a scout, intimate ... I love it.

My great-niece dragged me here about a week ago, she is a massive Hamilton Musical fan, almost the whole time she was listening to the soundtrack. She made all sorts of theories and had a lot of facts about the cast and crew...and started praying for Alex s soul that is probably in purgatory! Then she dumped a bag of pennies on Eliza s grave because she wanted her to feel special!

It is under construction but it is always a good option to stop to recognize one of the oldest buildings in the United States, founded by Dutch descendants, the Church of the Trinity remains very active helping the needy, at least that is what its brochure says. It is worth visiting its cemetery, where the tomb of the first secretary of the United States Treasury is located.

The Trinity Church is located in the financial district of New York. It is a temple of great beauty both outside and inside. It is a small haven of peace within the busy life of the big apple. You can access its interior and contemplate the beauty of a building of marked neo-Gothic style. The gardens and the small cemetery became especially famous after the attacks of 11S.

The Trinity Church at the intersection of Wall St. and Broadway. The last construction dates from 1846. At that time its cross (height 87mts) served as a beacon for navigators. It was the tallest construction until 1890. Its cemetery is still used in Manhattan, where you can find the grave of important personalities such as the founding father Alexander Hamilton, inventor of the steamship Robert Fulton.
Their abnormally opening hours are every day from 8am to 6pm (this may vary).
