I've been taking classes at Trinity Academy for the Performing Arts for a few months now and I'm loving it. The teachers are all incredibly talented and supportive, and I've learned so much already. The atmosphere is very welcoming and inclusive, and I feel like I'm part of a community. The only thing I would improve is the scheduling, as sometimes it can be a bit tricky to find a class that fits my schedule. Other than that, I highly recommend Trinity Academy!

TAPA is more than deserving of a new building for its dedicated staff and talented students. This is a great school providing a much-needed service in the underserved minority community in Providence, and is culturally important with its attention to the creative side of these young people.

This time, the admin of TAPA gives a sincere response to my complaint. And TAPA deserves an update for the review.
I'd like to give a 5-star to today's TAPA.
======================
If I were able to give -5 stars, I must have done it. The school may not be as bad as one of its leader or board member. If that disgusting leader is fired or retired, I will re-rate.
Unfortunately I can't remember that leader's name, but I can still tell how disgusting and ridiculous she was. To be honest, I made a mistake first. I gave one star on facebook for the poor vegetation control on the historic structure of the school building in Providence, before I got to know that page wasn't for the preservation work of this school.
I was an international student and had studied in America for no more than 2 years by that day. No wonder I did not know very much how facebook pages worked.
Soon my mistake exposes that school leader's absurdity. She forced my professor to ask me to delete my review, and sent me a message in which she whined like a dying animal. I was a student and concerned about my study, so I had to apologize to her.
====== A larger picture of the free-speech environment - not limited to this issue ======
As we say, free speech stops when the words offends someone. She asserted I offended her school, and I apologized; but she also offended me, an Asian international student. But she has never apologized for her racism. Moreover, ABC's "kill everyone in China" and YG's rap song lyrics "rob a Chinese neighborhood" are considered "free speech and protected by the First Amendment. Compared to that speech and lyrics promoting "kill" and "rob", my negative comment on a school is quite a peaceful criticism. But "kill" and "rob" were accepted by American people, while a negative comment on vegetation control of the school building was bashed by an American school leader. I understand this phenomenon as American Hypocrisy, and this school promoted American Hypocrisy.
If this school leader is still on board, it means that the school accepts hypocrisy and absurdity, and it deserves a one-star rating. If that shameless school leader has already been fired, it means that the school has the courage and integrity to correct its own flaw, and it deserves a positive 5-star.

I see the sincere response given by the admin this time, and tried to update my review to 5 stars, but it seems that the Google system has got some problem (or the internet connection to Google in my country has got a problem, which is the same reason why I haven't been able to check my review for 4 months). I can't see if my update is submitted. So I'm trying to post this 5-stars review with another account.
