I graduated in 1995 my experience was great, I played basketball when I attended. I loved how the baseball, volleyball, and basketball team always supported each other. And the snowball fights with the baseball team was the best.

Although the teachers(the few that are left) are good most classes are online or hybrid. You might as well just go to school completely online. The school expects students to pay in full for classes at one time no matter the amount because there's "no payment plan option" even though the ONLY bill you receive is one that is stamped "past due- due immediately". I've heard many people going through similar things. Students turn in their student loan paperwork just to find out the next semester that they can't enroll for classes due to the irresponsibility of the office staff for either losing or just simply not putting through their student loan paperwork they handed them. Then staff doesn't even contact you if they lose it. Awesome, right? Students will try to enroll the next semester and the office staff will then let you know (last minute and way too late) that you owe hundreds, thousands or however much money (depending on your classes) before you can even go back to school. How can one expect to achieve much here when the staff can't hardly complete their jobs?

Student Athletes should stay far away from Trinidad. The fields for soccer and softball are next to unplayable. The basketball and volleyball courts are played in a gym that feels a century old. The dorms are modeled after prisons from the green mile and are just as loud. Your meal plan will be rendered useless as you find yourself rushing from practice to try and eat whatever food is leftover before the small time you re allowed to eat closes. There s absolutely nothing to do in the town besides a movie theatre and a bowling alley, you ll soon discover that everyone leaves during the weekend to experience a real town. I implore you to look into the thousands of other Jr colleges/ community colleges to play at, its not worth it here.

Great school, very communal. I love the staff, most are extremely willing to help. Although a recent downsize of faculty has left student advising to suffer....Bring Nicholas Goodsell BACK!
