Arguable one of the worst companies. As they were laying everyone off and rolling back everyone's pay - the executives paid themselves $1,500,000, $1,000,000 and $800,000 in bonuses for 2015, 2016 and 2017. They also had a swank Christmas party at the Rimrock (all expenses paid) on shareholders dime last year. The company has been around for 22 years and that have lost a combined $500 million dollars (see their June 30, 2018 financial statements) . Shareholders are putting money into the company that keeps on getting wasted by how bad this company is run. I welcome the offer from Ensign. Something is better than nothing. The people running this company are going to make it go bankrupt!
If you require the best, there is no other choice. Trinidad - period.
