This place is a dump. Old and dirty. It's like a throw back to the 70's, maybe worse. The location is terrible too. Like you could get stabbed or something going to work. Some poeple are nice some aren't like any work.
Not a bad place to unload had an appointment at 4:30AM and was gone by 5:45AM. Lumper fee yes, not too bad though. Getting to this place is kinda hard, I took the following route:
Took the N 8th street exit from 676. Made a left on N 7th Street. Right on W Girard and left on Germantown Avenue
I don't have a truck GPS so you may get another route that's better than what I took and didn't have much issue. Just maybe it'll help somebody else.
Fast unload. No parking before and after. Some people are rude.
Great people, and service. Have worked with Honor for many years. Never an issue. The negative review below is a surprise. We have worked with their credit team before and they have always been professional and polite. Guess it makes sense to just pay your bills on time.
Honor Foods driver is dishonorable. He was driving slow in the left hand lane of three lane Rt. 80 East to New York City this morning.

Just so everyone knows... they charge $150 if you're more than an hour late for your appointment. Also, expect to pay an arm and a leg for a lumper fee.
Not the easiest to get to but I've been to worse the dock guys are are cool I was out in 1.5 hours you can park on the street till they open they have a lot but you have to wait for there trucks to leave to get a spot be careful its not the nicest area to be in

Great place had an 11 am delivery on Monday Morning, put me in the door at 9am had me done by 9:30am. People friendly. Park on the street tho.
Trash of place, if you come here, try not to be late, otherwise they will charge you a LATE CHARGE
CDL Driver..Staff was friendly, nice large area to maneuver into docks, some spaces across from docks to park and wait. I arrived just under 2 hours early for my 930am appointment. Was given a door immediately, was unloaded and on my way by 930. $190 lumper fee for 15 pallets. Worst part is driving through the city.

The credit supervisor is a bit rude, very unethical and speaks to customers as if they are below him. This guy requires some ethics training and communications training if they want to keep us as a customer. His choice of words are more personal than business and he has a very demanding tone. I wanted to share our experience with others thinking of shopping with Honor Foods. Think twice!
They do not honor the appointment times they set up their slow as all get-out and they have attitude which makes a driver get a attitude also when they got to sit here so long just to get unloaded
All drivers stay away from this place its like a jail they do not care about appointments if your appointment is at 6 am you will get a door around 1 and leave around 4 good luck.
Check-in 9:55 am for 10 am appt. Was out by 10:23 Am , can't be better than that. Location isn't great but if you call the company number ext. 5 you can get directions from all the interstates
This is the worst place I have ever delivered to in the over 24 years of driving. Have been waiting over 4 hrs for a dock door and looks like I will just do my 10 hrs off right here. I will never come back here again.
