Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and relatively effecient.

Wish I can give them no stars, all the do is give people the run around, laventille is a danger zone, and they are refusing to move the last tenant out, even though Canada complex had been deemed condemned for over 10 yrs now. Ridiculous!

Have send in my applications and have not received any place as yet they only saying that it pending

I applied for a home in my early 20's.....NOTHING....a fire destroyed my home and my eldest son got burnt about the body....NOTHING.....Wrote a letter to the MANAGING DIRECTOR and include the fire report pictures,payslip,job letter etc......NOTHING.........can even say how i really feel......don't know why some people have to go through these things in life for.....NOTHING.........still waiting on the higher power of the universe to step in..........

Apart from the fact you are on a waiting list for years, why are reference numbers and applications keeps disappearing from the database and nobody is being held responsible for this. Its heartbreaking stop doing this to poor people.

Biggest problem is getting out of the one way system controlling directions once on highway. St James and movie town only option. That's not good. for a quick trip " over the road. West mall is a 30 mins turns around. You can't even turn at Mucarapo between the hours of 6 and 830 am. Any allowances being made. Roundabout maybe. Open or traffic light control
