Trilogy Bistro Review

The closest thing to real pizza in San Antonio. Having grown up in Boston and New York and spending a decade in New Haven (where people travel from all over the world just to eat pizza) this is the only that can substitute for the real thing. Granted it is not New York, New Haven, Boston or Italian pizza, but the best pizza available in San Antonio. For those of you who have lived in New York you have to give San Antonio a break. Even the Naples pizza in New Haven sent emissaries to San Antonio who could not replicate the product because of the water and the local ingredients.

We are new to the area and came across this place. We had a issue with our 1st time online order, they owned it, fix it and apologize for it! The result......outstanding pizza and outstanding customer service! You need this place in your life!

Great pizza. The service and the quality of the food is fantastic! Pretty unique concept having the choice among NY and Chicago style pizza. Decent beer and wine selection. Lastly they also offer a 10 percent military discount. Will definitely go back.

I placed an order over the phone they said 30 minutes. I get there right at the 30 minute mark and they said it wasn't ready and would be another 10. They took down my car and asked me to wait and they'd bring it right out. 25 minutes later I get the pizza. It's a nice enough place and everyone is super polite and professional but an hour for a large pizza and spinach dip is to long. It definitely seems there needs to be more hustle or better quote times as I would have canceled the order if I knew it was going to take that long.

The Staff is very Friendly and full of smiles. The Dine in Area is Comfortable enough to enjoy a Delicious meal with the Family. Great Atmosphere!! There is a small space outside with a few tables to relax and enjoy the day while you eat. The order took about 30 min and was worth the Wait. The Pizzas are AMAZING. You will definitely come back again to try many of the different options to feast on. They are a variety of WIne and Beverages to choose from. A real relaxing area with TV"s to watch while eating. No worries about Social Distancing.

Excelente pizza, service is great, they do have daily specials.

Probably the best pizza I've had in San Antonio. Cooked to order but worth the wait, dinning room and take out available. Try the meatballs...no pasta dishes but worth every penny!

Great Pizza place. I love the Chicago style deep dish. They also have option for New York style, my kids like them better. Overall, one stop for entire family.

Had the Chicago Deep Dish and it was delicious. Can't give a 5 star rating as I've not eaten there or tried other things on the menu but if what I had was an indication of the other food it deserves a 5 star.

Ordered Goat Cheese and marinara with fresh bread, oh dear gravy it was amazing. Ordered Bru-bread it was amazing, but your employees don t know how to read special directions, asked for a side of balsamic, no balsamic. Ordered the Italian salad with meat, cheeses and olives, onions, again employees don t know how to read special directions, asked for no onions, it not only has onions but it had a ton of onions. Nothing like picking through your food to get what you ordered. Thank goodness I m not allergic because it would have not been edible, but it was an amazing salad.
I ve never like trilogies pizza, just a personal preference, but decided to try the items listed and I m so glad I did. 10 out of a 10 other than not following directions.
Order was delivered by grubhub and that was awesome as well.
