Trillium: where PCA careers go to die. Hot garbage of a company, someone should probably file a VA.

I've worked home care and in hospital setting. Never have I seen anyplace do things the way this place does. Their brochure says specially trained staff...HA!!! The staff doesnt even know the diagnosis of the people they are caring for. They took absolutely no notes when we tried to let them know what my neice is capable of. and to forge a guardians signature is so unproffesional. I just cant believe the licensing dept is letting this slide. and to not keep the guardian up to date on everything going on...also unprofessional. Also it says individual and family... they have done nothing to help us stay united...quite the opposite.

By far the best long term care facility in the northland to work and to live, and it s not even close.

My social worker from Trillium had helped me a lot. She not only helped me to find a job, she had helped me with communication at work for a lot of misunderstandings. I highly recommend trillium for any service in need.
