Pay attention to the reviews that say they pretend to have spoken to someone prior, Robert from Trillium persistently called claiming to have spoken with our manager but had not, I don't believe blatantly lying to prospective clients is a good sales tactic.. More on our experience below.

We were actually in the market for some branded merchandise and asked for a quote. We were told we would receive the "best price" within our budget. When I told Robert that we had received a much better quote elsewhere he said he would beat it - $5 less per unit from what was his initial "best price". We were obviously interested so he said he would send us a document that we "simply had to sign and send back if we were interested" I said that would be great and we ended our call. He then proceeded to call 3 more times within 30 minutes, once to a manager's personal phone (I do not even know how he got the number). No sign of the agreed upon document, just several pushy, time wasting calls.. Needless to say we are no longer interested in doing business with this company, which I clearly stated in an email to Robert to which he responded by contacting me several months later (lying again by saying he spoke with the manager), to try and push another sale on us. I wouldn't recommend this particular sales person to anyone, take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Amanda with the Tony Davis team is great. She has suggestions that are always spot on, has pricing that works for me and is so fun to talk with. I ordered customized knives and they came the next day!!!!! Great value. They earned and deserve my business.

The sales person was very friendly. There is a communication breakdown between production and sales. Incomplete information on the chopping board. The manager didn't bother returning my calls or emails.
i would go back to Dynamic marketing, who do the same thing cheaper and are more efficient

I am overwhelmed at the customer service provided by Amanda and her company. She reached out to me last week as a general "hows things going". Well I let her have it as we had an issue with a previous order. Without hesitation she quickly offered to replace the order at no cost to us. I was very surprised and was thrilled that they took me seriously and making things right was her priority. We recieved our replacement order less than a week after talking and it is perfect. She even guided me with colour selection to ensure we would be pleased.
