I went with my Husband today to his appointment at the Wooster office. He was seen by Jordan and she and her assistant were absolutely Fantastic. They were kind, quick, and answered all of our questions and concerns. Jordan helped calm our nerves and was Excellent. Thanks so much for an overall 5 star experience!
I have been to see two doctors from this clinic for allergy skin problem and skin tag issues. Both problems were handled by the doctors and nurses with absolutely over the top professional care that I would recommend to presidents and royalty alike. The most recent was with Dr Sarah and LPN Paige who treated me with dignity and respect. They were a shining example of professionalism and integrity in medical field. 5 Stars plus.
I LOVE Dr Helen Torok. She listens to u. Takes the times to ask questions & understand what is going on with u to come to her diagnosis. She looks for sample w/in her several locations to get you immediate relief if she can. She has invested in an all natural approaches to skin care treatment as well.
I really enjoy this place. Everyone I've had an appointment with has been very welcoming and you can tell they care for their patients. They are very open with you and take good care of you. Jordan Goad is awesome and I highly recommend her

My first visit. It was very easy to get signed in. They answered all the questions. My nurse was great and so was Dr. Torok. She explained everything after I told her my concerns. At the end of my visit I got a printed diagnosis explaining everything I was concerned about.
I had the most wonderful visit with Dr. Proctor!! She made you feel like family the moment she walked in the door! She put my mind at ease concerning the reason for my visit and I left there with peace of mind. I highly recommend her services as she is very knowledgeable. I found my dermatologist for life!!

Upon entry I felt at ease with the atmosphere. Everyone was practicing social distancing. The check in is by kiosk and you scan your own cards into the system. I appreciate how the final check in is around the desk where you can still social distance. This office was very professional and runs like a well oiled machine. I loved the Dr. I visited. She was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.
