Trieste Terminal Passeggeri S.p.a. Review

I visited the Terminal for a conference which took place in September. Very close to the train station and within walking distance, it has proved to be a unique location of its kind, modern, spacious and characterized by an unparalleled view of Trieste from the sea. Beautiful both day and night.
The adjacent parking lot spoils the atmosphere but responds to the need to park in Trieste. From what I have seen, the parking lot fills up quickly and at peak times queues are created.

Absolutely bad experience. Be careful! The signs are not very clear, the parking meters are old and not very functional. As if that weren't enough, it is common to find abusive parking attendants who annoy people by asking for money to show parking spaces that are already in sight for them. I would recommend anyone to look for some other place to park, both in terms of safety and reliability of the service.

Magnificent location. Large and modular rooms, poor audio. Large paid parking outside.
It could be a fantastic place with little extra tricks.

From here you can enjoy the view of the city and the sea, with piers neighbors on both sides. The site is accessible to disabled persons through elevators side, but not the main entrance, which has stairs.

Strategic parking from where you can take the hydrofoil

Several rental car agencies are inside (Avis, Budget, etc), but, if the parking lot is full, you have to wait for someone to leave before you'll be able to return your rental car. This was troubling due to operating hours and a tight train schedule.

No bathrooms for customers.

Splendid panorama with the banks of Trieste in front. Congress hall, in the former port warehouses, well air conditioned despite the very hot day.

Comfortable. Access is not highly reported. Google maps deceives: it needs to be corrected!

They defy the tiket sighting time, causing delays on the hydrofoil departure which affects the whole day's runs.

But all very correct. Next year, safe hydrofoil for Croatia.

Suggestive location with costs a little above average

Recently renovated, it has finally the appearance and the services that honor our city, while remaining a small airport. Ad majora!

When I introduce a parking payment card, the parking meter signals me "Invalid card". I enter another, accepted. Result: the 3 of parking was also taken from my first payment card. And obviously also from the second. Conclusion: I will park there only if I have money, hindsight '' ciaooooo

The parking lot is located almost in the center of the city - very convenient, there is a lot of free space, so there is no problem with parking, the only thing that is a bit price, 15 euros per day and the lack of roof over the parking, which in my opinion, for such money should be. A total of four stars from me. Glory to Ukraine...

Nicely renovated, vast venue ideal for conferences.

I went to the blue lines unknowingly, nothing is reported ... it looks like a normal municipal parking lot with the same signage, I had a still valid ticket made 2 hours earlier in the same yellow area, and I found myself a fine, as the management is not municipal (do I have to ask for a municipal search for public land at each parking lot?!?!) shameful ...

Very comfortable, right in the center. In the middle of the morning it is easy to find it full.

The Passenger Terminal is an ideal starting point for a visit to Trieste. Parking is excellent and comparatively cheap. We always leave the car here in the guarded parking lot when we spend a weekend in Trieste.

Large parking in a great location and at a low rate compared to all the other neighbors

Tactical parking to visit the center of Trieste. It is huge and spacious. Not overly expensive and you are sure to always find a place that is never a simple thing in Trieste.

The coplanar traffic does not allow an easy interpretation of the indications.

Parking is small but at least it's next to the terminal

Bad experience. I put in a 6 ticket, they gave me a fine 18 minutes after the deadline, I already see myself as the guy who was near my car counting the seconds to take home 12. Furthermore, if those in charge had studied they would know that on the fine, "therefore" everything is written attached, as per Encyclopedia Treccani
