Joel N has been with Tricon a long time and so have I. He goes above and beyond. He always do his best and if he can't he gets me the help I need. Friendly funny and always professional. And he had his mask on.
My family and I have lived in our Lexington Tricon home for two years now. The home is approximately 18 years old and has needed several minor repairs and appliance replacements. Tricon has always responded in a timely manner to all maintenance requests and the work completed in a timely manner.
Also, the business office has handled our annual mortgage renewal process and updates perfectly. I especially enjoy using the digital document services.

They were very professional towards me and my family through the whole moving process. Upon moving into the home we found a few issues after a couple of days and maintenance came that same day. Jason was great with fixing everything in a timely manner! So far we are loving our new home and Tricon s professionalism.

I am sorry to say this, but the air conditioner has not been working for three months, and I communicate every day with the company saying we are sorry, but it is all a lie. I have four kids and I'm still waiting for this problem to end
My boyfriend and I have rented from other rental companies in the past, and they don t hold a candle to Tricon! Every single person I ve talked to has gone above and beyond, and has been extremely friendly. Carly was our leasing professional and answered all questions for me immediately, which I had quite a few; and Mark has been on top of every maintenance request we have had (which have been far and few in between). We are extremely thankful to be renting from them, and HIGHLY recommend them. Best rental company in Columbia!
If I could give them zero stars so far I would. I got approved for a home last Thursday. Tricon advertised that the home would be move in ready by May 5, 2020. Following the approval, I was told the house wouldn t be available until May 17, 2020. I have reached out on a daily basis to resolve this issue. No one has called stating the house would be ready by the advertised move in date or my $250 credited back to me for false advertisement. I have to be out of my current residence by May 4, 2020. There is already a pandemic going on and this is unacceptable. I want to have shelter. The way this company is handling business I don t feel like they can provide that. I have been waiting to hear from a property manager for going on three days. Your website states a lease agreement needs to be signed in 48 hours or the house goes back on the market. I NEED ANSWERS!!!!!
The best rental company I have rented from in over 16 years. Amazed by their responsiveness to having things fixed for over 3 years with them. Super great and friendly staff. Highly recommend this company. Only moved due to military move.
