I did not even want to give them one star !!!!

I brought my lady a 2015 GMC Acadia. Truck is great. When we brought the vehicle back in January of 2021, it did not have a key foab.

Our sales lady stated that they will get is one within the week. It is now October & no key foab & the truck began to overheat.

So, we took the truck to their shop since it was under warranty. They said we need a new battery & key so they can probably diagnose to the problem. So it will cost us $300 since those items are not covered under warranty, JUST TO CLEAR THE CODES TO GET PROPER INFORMATION !!!!

However, they forgot that they told us that it was the thermostat last week.

So, we contacted our mechanic & he said the battery has nothing to do with the truck overheating.

Needless to say, my mechanic will be working on my truck from now on !!!

David, the service manager was rude & not helpful at all. Their customer service center has no direct answers. Some of them were not competent either.

I will be putting my truck on with carshield & will work on paying of this truck ASAP !

I am sorely disappointed with ALL the Tri-Color locations in Texas & I advise everyone NOT to buy anything from this company !!!

Worst experience ever!!!!

Bought a truck from them back in January. When I left the lot my wife was following me and noticed the taillights weren t working. (I know should have checked them before buying.) so we called the dealership and they said just drive it back.... kind of dangerous to drive with no taillights. This is the point we should have known we made a huge mistake. We took it back to them, and the repaired the taillights 2DAYS LATER!!!

Fast forward to early February when the truck starts to handle terribly. So we call to have them fix it under warranty. They fight is on the whole situation, but we finally get them to fix the issue free of charge.

Now fast forward to 2 weeks ago. Truck starts handling poorly again. So this time I take the truck to a real mechanic and they state that the wheel bearing is bad, and the ball joint is busted. 2 parts that tricolor stated they repaired. The real mechanic informed us that all tricolor did was align the truck, and that any descent mechanic would have known that it was just a bandaid fix.

Now all we ask is for tricolor to refunded us the money from the repair made by a real mechanic, and make things right!

When calling to get assistance, they are zero help, and continue to give you the run around. This is a terrible business that I wouldn t recommended to my worse enemy!

Lawyer has been contacted, and stats we do have a possible case, so hopefully we can keep this from happening to someone else!!!

This company is a total rip off period . I have experience nothing but trauma dealing with their finance company. I have a warranty that they want acknowledge and charging me double interest on a vehicle I purchase for someone else who wasn t taking care of the car notes. I will advice anyone not to get a car from this place cause their truly shady people and so is their finance management department. Ask me this question? When was there ever a time you have to buy back your warranty that doesn t go along with your contract? Exactly, so please people for God sakes, we should start a petition against this company for their false values and discredit to thief customers.

A total rip-off. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT do business with this deceitful, fraudulent and unscrupulous Auto Dealer. They sold used cars as a brand new with shady and dubious records. Overprice and overcharge are left and right without any warranties. Extremely fiery, vicious, and aggressively hostile to repo vehicles and chase customer that falls behind payments, but terribly and awfully careless, negligent and irresponsible to respond back to customer inquiries, address issues concerns, or answer any questions. Nearly impossible to speak with them over the phone unless that is to a make payment; Other than that don't waste your time on long waiting calls or transfers to nowhere. We paid our loan few months early and after 3 months we are still waiting for them to release and give us our vehicle title. I cannot stretch this enough!!! Stay away from these people!!! Trust me, you will save the time of your life and your worst nightmare ever. This Car dealership makes use of Unfair Business practices that encompass fraud, deception, predation, and misrepresentation against consumers. Tricolor unfair, predatory and detrimental financial practices undermine and jeopardize the wellbeing and success of its consumers. It needs to be reported to protect others!!!

The worst dealership ever, their customer service is horrible, the vehicles are overpriced, repairs take forever and no one ever knows how long itll take. They only understand Spanish and if you ask too many questions, they just hang up. I was without my vehicle for a month, and the ONLY time I was contacted by them, was for payments . I hate and regret ever dealing with them.. STAY AWAY !!!

They helped us extremely and worked with our credit being not good. Vehicles are nice and low miles, accepts most credit. Our monthly bills are great. I gave 5 starts because they were all so kind and gave us the absolute best in everything Irlian is the one who helped me and my husband and she was the sweetest woman there. Thank you tricolor.

Waiting on registration tags, and plates. Fort worth area hard to get a hold of anyone, so i called Dallas area, this woman was very professional, explained some issues of the DMV taking there time in that area, giving me another paper tag extension till my tags and plates come in.

Very bad customer service reps. Will always get calls on reminders for payment and now that truck is been paid off am trying to get a rep on the phone and I get nothing but long waits on the phone awaiting them to answer when or where I can pick up my car title and no one answers phone calls .

Don t buy a car from this car Company they are thefts and untrustworthy. They will take advantage Of you and lie and Scheme against you I brought a car from them in April and it s has been a horrible experience every since then . They are money hungry . The management of this company is horrible as well as the customer service agents are rude and will keep you on hold for hours and don t return calls . I repeat do not buy a car here. In facts somebody needs to report them to the federal government and the better business Bureau .
