My wife and I contacted Triangle Law Group (TLG) for assistance in settling a dispute with an HOA management company for one of our properties. TLG was quick to setup an initial consultation with us to help us understand our legal options for settling the dispute. We found TLG Lawyers and staff to be very caring and knowledgeable. TLG Lawyers provided us with clear direction and options for next steps. Their advice helped us resolve our disputes with the HOA management company. Even though we seem to be seeing positive actions from our HOA management company, TLG is committed to standing by our side in the event the HOA company does not hold up to their commitments. TLG also supports our veterans! I received a discounted hourly rate for serving our country. I will continue to go to TLG for my legal matters.

Triangle Law helped me through a difficult landlord dispute the summer of 2018. At face value the matter seemed simple, but with further review it was a predatory situation which required legal intervention. My leasing company needed to force all the "long time" tenants out in exchange for higher rates paid by newer tenants, to gain access to unprotected and unnecessary "services". Without William Krueger's attention to the details of my lease, I would have operated under the assumption I had a lease buyout, and could negotiate with the landlord after a brief month-month contract. Triangle Law saved me over $12,000 in debt and the ruin of achieving my dreams. I am eternally grateful for the efficiency of Susan Murillo who handled the financial details of the Triangle Law group with an unparalleled professionalism. No landlord-tenant dispute is comfortable, but if you're like me and newish in town, Triangle Law is a good starting place. When an unexpected encroachment issue came up with a few days deadline, I had to search for legal services and came upon Triangle Law Group. The fact that they are a small firm, relaively speaking, appealed to me. I was more than happy at how quickly they responded and the information I received during my consultation. Not impressed! I fully expected to pay for an hour consultation. Ms Gengo, owner of the law practice was 15 minutes late to my appointment and constantly wandered off subject relaying stories about cases that were irrelevant. After 15 minutes I was tired of bringing her back to points I wanted legal guidance on and voiced by dissatisfaction. She waved any fee at least but obviously didn't place any value on my time...

After interviewing several firms, my husband and I hired Triangle Law Group, TLG, to handle a complex legal dispute that fell within their realm of expertise. They were knowledgeable, quick to respond and utilized creative methods to deal with the many other law firms and parties involved.

If you're a tenant who needs legal advice, you need to get set up with Laurie or one of the other attorneys at Triangle Law Group. Most lawyers are only interested in claims on the business side (landlords vs. tenants or home owners), but Laurie is interested in helping anybody who needs help. She has a profound understanding of civil law and will be able to answer any questions you have with 20+ years of legal knowledge to back up her answers. She is going to be honest with you about what you can and cannot do and what you should and should not do.

If you need GREAT legal advice for any civil matter, Triangle Law Group should be your first stop. They are interested in the rights of NC citizens and having a genuine willingness to do what is just and right (rather than what makes them the most money).

Just remember one thing (because I definitely learned from this mistake), contact one of the attorneys at TLG as soon as a legal issue comes up. I made the mistake of trying to navigate the legal system on my own when my first step should have been to contact TLG. Schedule an appointment with one of these attorneys, it's so worth it.

It is unusual for me to post reviews, but I think that my experience is worthy of great praise for the Triangle Law Group. I sought the service of Laurie and William in a landlord tenant dispute that turned into a very nasty interaction where I was bullied and despite all efforts, had to resort to filing a lawsuit. Not only did all their efforts prevail for me, they consistently were attentive and caring through out the entire 2 year process. Litigation can be very stressful and calculated but having Laurie and William on my team not only provided the legal defense necessary, but also was above and beyond with their caring counsel. During our initial $99 consultation, she really listened to us and made us feel like our interests were important. We had a terrible experience with a disorganized and deceitful apartment leasing company who knowingly moved us into a cockroach infested apartment.

Although the letter did not result in getting out of our lease, happily, we are now out of our lease due to a lease transfer.
