Just wanted to give recognize the outstanding service provided by Triangle Communications. Specifically Chris, Merritt and Tony. They worked so diligently the past week or two trying to help solve our Internet/WIFI problem. Absolutely outstanding service. They never gave up on helping to problem solve, were very polite, courteous and responded in a timely manner. Now we have great internet/WIFI and couldn't be happier. Thank you for all your hard work. Great customer service. GREAT JOB!

Phone service could be better. Free long distance would be nice. Also my internet sucks badly. Its a modem that connects to a cell tower and I am suppose to get 10mb/sec instead Im clocking 2.9mb/sec What junk. I was getting 7mb/sec back home in Livingston from a tower to home receiver. Worst part is I pay 60 bux just for the internet. Ya, Ill be complaining.

Customer service is a joke just like there internet. They say give us a call and we'll help you out but when you call you're on hold for over 2 hours so what's the point. How about you call me when you're ready to actually have someone worth talking to on the phone.

Horrible Service not thorough at all. They want you to keep paying money but wont give you the exact reason they just want you to take their word for it I will definitely be going through a different company,very disappointed.

Poor customer service and awful internet connection. I pay $75 a month and get nowhere near the speed I m supposed to be getting. Every so often throughout the day, my internet connection s quality drops drastically.

The internet is horrid to use. Every day around 8 p.m. it starts to get so slow. They only run on 3MB and I have ran 3 test the last 3 night and I don't get .75 MB on my upload or down load. I have called them 8 times in 3 months and their is nothing they can do about it. They just keep saying they will try to get their new system in place by next year and in the mean time internet is 75.00 a month and slow as a turtle.
