Ordered a pair of Adidas trainers on a Wednesday, arrived on the Thursday. Really well packaged and a quality item. I'd use again, happily.

Second time I ve purchased something from this company....NEVER AGAIN.
First purchase was a pair of Levi jeans in the sale size 34 waist..they arrived they actually measured a 28 waist... it took over a month for this company to accept the return....Because some bloke called Colin was going on holiday!
Second item I ve purchased is a pair of Belstaff jogging bottoms in the sale...Receive the items covered in marks/stains...obviously not in the sale! these are seconds but they ve listed them as a sale item.

Ordered a hoodie for my sons birthday it arrived and was a bit snug. Tried to contact them no answer message kept saying mail box full. Messaged through the Triads account which was a mistake should have emailed from my own email then you have a record they are now saying after finally answering the phone because its after the 14 days they won't let me return it. I have rang them constantly since July so its bound to be longer then 14days as they did not answer.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS A JOKE.

I would have given this a higher review, had I received my refund without having to ask for it not once, but twice.



Only reason for the 2 stars is because of the nice guy I dealt with the majority of the time on the phone. Doesn't distract from poor customer service, though.

My first purchase with triads ordered 3 items which arrived very quickly the items were fantastic the price even better as had been looking at these items on other site's that were more expensive

Whilst visiting their store in Middlesbrough, I came to realise they have a very wide selection on brands and even stock Stussy Women's clothing which I cannot get a hold of anywhere other than online.Store was also really clean and staff treated me with respect and as if I was one of their friends.Would definitely recommended this store to friends.

A very exhausting transaction. I was sent a pair of shoes with faulty stitching on one of the shoes. Upon reporting this to Triads, they were immediately on the defence and claimed that the shoes were not faulty when they dispatched them. I returned the shoes back to them to learn that they have since had them repaired at a cobbler (Why have them repaired if there wasn t a fault). Triads will not refund my postage and I have given them ample opportunities to put this right.

I have had several emails dealing with Colin who addresses me as bud , continues to make excuses and states there is no fault (because they ve had it repaired) so nothing can be done! Furthermore, he advised me to contact the manufacturer to which I explained my contract of purchase was with Triads, not the manufacturer. Why on earth would the manufacturer refund my shipping costs?

Maybe what I am asking is difficult to comprehend, or maybe it s simply the fact that they are brain dead.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered - got a text message saying would I like a different size as mine was no longer in stock... No my feet don't stretch to a 10... requested a different pair... Messaged a few days later to be told I had been refunded and to order the other trainers seperatly. No thanks! Poor service! Unprofessional!
