A very exhausting transaction. I was sent a pair of shoes with faulty stitching on one of the shoes. Upon reporting this to Triads, they were immediately on the defence and claimed that the shoes were not faulty when they dispatched them. I returned the shoes back to them to learn that they have since had them repaired at a cobbler (Why have them repaired if there wasn t a fault). Triads will not refund my postage and I have given them ample opportunities to put this right.

I have had several emails dealing with Colin who addresses me as bud , continues to make excuses and states there is no fault (because they ve had it repaired) so nothing can be done! Furthermore, he advised me to contact the manufacturer to which I explained my contract of purchase was with Triads, not the manufacturer. Why on earth would the manufacturer refund my shipping costs?

Maybe what I am asking is difficult to comprehend, or maybe it s simply the fact that they are brain dead.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
