Tri-State Medical Supplies Review

Each time I have spoken to anyone at this place they have been very rude and will not even allow me to finish my sentence before they act like they do not want to be bothered. I called today to ask about supplies for a medical device and before I could fully say what was needed the lady was already giving me the name and number of someone else to speak with. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything.

If i could leave negative stars, i would. This company didn t deliver the correct parts for the bed and delivered some other wrong items. We were told they would be delivered today, on a Friday, the day my father in law who just got home from a 3 month stint in rehab after a stroke and are doing nothing to help. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Poor customer service dont have all medical supplies when you need it.

This is a update on 7/1/2019 my mom was looking for a new walker walked in.. they just don't seem to friendly to see anyone. If i had my choice i would be going else where unfortunately due to insurance purposes i can't.

I've been with tri-state medical supplies for a few years and they are willing to do the best they can to help with wheel chair needs

Great customer service deliver on time Respectful employees who deliver Equipment and set for patients. First class service will call upon them in the future highly recommend them to other people

I would like everyone to know how unprofessional and underhanded mr roy patel is. I ordered one bed got shipped another bed. I received no invoice or bill for the bed. I have tried numerous times to contact him to no avail. He is a shister and a rip-off and totally unprofessional. I strongly suggest if your in need of medical supplies do not shop with tri-state.
