I've never done business here but live close by. I came by when my car was park right outside the building on Adams street and my battery died.
I asked the guy who was closing the shop for the day if he could help me with a jump and I had already connected the cables to save time, just needed someone with a car. He looked me in the face miserably and actually told me "I can't help you" as he walked right past me, hopped in his car and drove past mine. Karma has a way of coming back around.
