I love tri- cap! They do a lot of good things to help people out. I just wish they had a little wider reach. Moving from Benton County to Morrison cut me out from recieving help I could use right now... but that's no fault of theirs!

Lorree J in the Energy Assistance program is always very help and very nice! She is easy to work with and she never fails to reply or help out the best she can! Thank you for all you do and your hard work!

They're nice, but hound you for information, and when you turn in ALL of the documents/paperwork required; they turn around and say they now need additional information "just to make sure". I get the feeling that they think I'm hiding info from them or that I'm trying to commit some kind of fraud for whatever reason, and I don't appreciate that when I've been honest and forthcoming throughout my entire application process. The process of trying to get assistance through them is very, very frustrating and time consuming.

This program help me alot. The employee are very wonderful people and they have good costumes service. I wish they were all over the twins cities.

They are great. I'm so thankful for the service they provide. They are super helpful. I don't know what I'd do without them!!

The place to help you out or you can help them out by volunteering. The staff is excellent!!
