Parts counter is well run- go see Red or `Nick , also they have a toilet and coffee, very rare collection of motorcycles in the museum, park out back and take a break from the road.

You eighter love Harleys or not. As simple as that !

Bought a new mc last week. I made contact via the dealer website and received a quote online including the value of my trade. When I arrived for my appointment the mc and the sales person were on time. The quote I had received was the amount I paid. The insurance person was there and I left with the new mc a couple of hours later.

Thank you to Jeff @ sales very on point and his ability to explain the workings was so helpful especially the PIN thingy that was super cool. He took the time to explain in detail the first breaking period and I was so excited to just get up and go however he kept his composure.
This is my second Harley I have owned as well many other motorcycles I have to say this is my best experience ever and reminded me of old school HD of Smithers (now closed) the owner Steve Graf made it happen for me too.
Very refreshing to see the same positive energy displayed by yourself.
Sum it up: Trev Deeley is a diamond in the rough although I got lost alot (GPS kinda bum at 8 minutes away haha!)
Seriously though this place is awesome and has a museum. Trev Deeley should consider baking Carrie a cake or something like a huge raise!
If you are in the market for a Harley they have huge selection of new and used Harleys and also some non Harley makes all nice bikes for trades. You will not be disappointed either way.

I have been a loyal customer at TDMC since 1992 when I bought my first Harley Davidson motorcycle. However, the way I was treated this time when I purchased my 2018 Harley was less than transparent. I thought their moto was we are all like a family, however no member of my family would ever treat anyone this way.
The only honest salesperson is Stu and too bad he had a day off when I went to finalize the deal.
I say, get the deal in writing from the manager, that way when they try and extract more money when you go to finalize the deal you have proof of your agreement.

I went in to buy some oem parts for my sportster, expecting to get price gouged and with snooty service. It ended up being very reasonably priced (same as USA dealers) and super friendly and helpful service. I'd gladly return.

Parts Dept is likely the best around -yeah, Mr. Pappas - top notch. Service dept? GO ELSEWHERE. Trev's mechanics couldn't repair my '02 ROADKING fuel injector problem, and it only cost me $1,000 for them to set me up for a $6,000 repair down the road (well after the Tree D labour warranty (30 days..?,) elsewhere. Old bike? Look for Old mechanics! Not factory trained youngsters. If you have deep pockets, disregard.

There are other HD dealers, unfortunately the closest one is in Langley.

Interesting motorcycle displays. Won't take long to see everything in the diaplay area. 45 minutes at most.

The most enjoyable part of going here is looking at badass bikes.

I love coming to Deeley just to wander around and see what's new. They have an endless amount of parts on hand and on display, which I appreciate. The showroom is HUGE and well well lit, you can see the bikes shine, sit in anything without judgement. There is always an event or something going on and if not Coffee and Popcorn is o hand! The staff are helpful, pleasent and not overbearing. Kyoko at Reception is my favourite, never a frown on her! :)

We came from Mexico straight here just so my husband could get a shirt for his collection. The staff is extra helpful.

Have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service here. I actually was thinking I was going to have to deal with a bunch of stick in the mud Harley snobs, but not the case.

Lady at the front was more then willing to listen to what I wanted even though it was outside of the normal realm of her role. She directed me to the service counter where Brock who was really cool about the whole request gave a price as well as some solid advice on alternatives outside of their services.

Went back out front and spoke to counter lady again this time I was looking at helmets and had a few questions, which she answered quite handily.

Honestly like I said really surprised at the level of customer service and friendliness here after my experiences with other bike dealers in this city. Almost made me want to buy a Harley even ;-)

Museum is by donation. Great history of motorbikes.

Starting out as a new rider, these guys have given me so much support and confidence. Not only was I shopping for my first Harley, I was shopping for my first bike. The same minute I walked in, I was approached and felt welcomed. Matt was excellent in showing me the bike I was interested in and Sean was great with the buying process. Overall great experience with the whole staff. It was my first time inside a Harley dealership, and because of them I rode off on a brand new 2017 Iron 883. Thanks guys!

I have been going to Trev Deeleys for over 21 years when they were on E Broadway .back then I remember the staff would greet you and welcome you even Darwin would come and say hi. Now it doesn't matter who is working more importantly management namely Shawn or Stuart go and hide or pretend that they are so busy that that they can't even give you a nod .Sean walks around like he is so miserable and Stuart is no better .
This kind of Staff is why I will not be coming back .It amazes me to have staff as unfriendly and rude as this ..

Large store, good selection of men and womens clothing (though $45 up for sale items and $70 up to $900 for regular price clothing and jackets ) store has sections for boots, wall of hats, belts, gloves, helmets and pet collars...etc, easy to find what you are looking for. They have many bikes and are willing to find you your bike, if its not on their floor. Staff greets you with a smile as you come in and asks if you need help or direction. Very clean and neat store...well organized. Entrance is at the back side of the store with a large parking lot.
Addition: I had an issue with a cap that has a small hole on top due to plastic hang tag. Called next day and one of the girls (BRIE) was just awesome, perfect customer service. She let me know 2 more were on order and coming in in about 2 weeks. She put me on the call list for when it arrives, put a note on my account. She tried to send me an email, at my request, however their new server was being set up and could not be done. She took it upon herself to call me back and let me know why I did not receive the email and assured me there would not be a problem exchanging the cap no matter the time limit. This is 5 star service!! I will be going back to this store for additional items, even tho they are not close to me. (I live in langley)

Parts department is great. Found the obsolete wiring harness I needed after a bit of research. Saved me a ton of time. The girls in motorclothes are very helpful also. I got just what I wanted from both departments. Great store.

Service is top notch , bought a 2015 Breakout in August /2015 . I went to other dealers and wasn't happy with the sales service , Trev deeley made me feel at home and they gave me a awesome deal on my bike .

Even with the restrictions of the COVID pandemic this was a great experience and the staff produced the cutomized Fat Boy I was looking for
