Tress Chic Salon Review

I just got married over the weekend and Tress Chic Salon handled all the up-dos for my girls; 9 people including myself. Rose the owner was so attentive; quick to respond to emails/phone calls. My bridesmaids were able to pick whatever hairstyle they wanted which for some hairdressers can be a challenge. Cassandra and Lisa (hairdressers) were on time, super accommodating, and re-created pictures shown to them with ease. As for myself; Shannon (hairdresser) recommended that I cut and highlight my hair to add dimension to my updo for the wedding. I took her recommendation and was so glad I did. She did an amazing job! Cassandra styled my hair. It not only looked beautiful, but more importantly it held the entire night; dance floor and all. I highly recommend Tress Chic salon for any special occasion, hair style/color consulting, or maintenance (they also do nails!)Thank you Tress Chic for helping me feel and look my best on my big day!!

Very racist salon , took my son to get box braids and the lady told me to wait a second and when i overheard her speaking she asked another lady "black people braids" i immediately walked out and felt like i was being segregated

I have been going to Tress Chic since the old owner was there. I m very pleased with the profesionalism of their costmetologist. The new owner Jessica is amazing and she has taken Tress Chic into another level. Everytime I go they are very curtious and helpful and they always try to accommodate me. I always leave very happy with my color, haircut and blowout. Especially since I m hispanic and my hair is not easy to work with. Definitely give them a shot!!!!!

First time going, was recommended by a friend and now it's 100% my to go hair salon. Everyone was super sweet. Cassandra cut my hair and Lorraine did my eyebrows and both of them were awesome

I have been going here for years. It is under new management now and can't say much about that, but the stylists there haven't changed and I am glad for that. Cindy does my hair and has so for many years and I am never disappointed in the cut, color or blow out and love how welcome they make you feel. Highly recommend.

AMAZING haircuts for the whole family!! Lorraine is beyond talented and my son is obsessed with his new haircut! The entire Tress Chic Salon Team is excellent and thanks to Rose I love my color and cut too!

Unfortunately I can not recommend this salon any longer. I went when the previous owner was there and I had no complaints, ever. The new owner cut my hair and it was horrible. I went in with beautiful long hair down past my chest. I stressed that I only wanted a trim, one inch. I left with an uneven hair cut with hair close to my shoulders. I had to go back later in the day after my husband took pictures of my hair to show me how uneven it was. The owner Jess then took off more length. I am so upset and now have short hair. It took my 5 years to grow my hair to get it to my desired length and now I am starting over. Being that she was the new owner, I thought she would have offered me my money back after seeing what she did to my hair, she did not. She simply said how did that happen? I m now down about 4.5 inches and so sad. Spare yourself the heartbreak & embarrassment and find a new salon
