There is a commission check lost in the mail on Octorber 2015. I asked them to re-issue, they said they would, but they never did. Today is 3/17/2017, I still haven't received this check. I went to the office sveral times, the person who issues check never in the office, now they even stopped return my email. I should give the credit to the only one who works in the office, Juana. She is always very helpful and returns emails promptly for the routine job. But she can not help me on this check problem. :-(

Worst experience ever! I am the agent for the tenant on a lease that was listed by TSR. Paperwork and payments were in for October lease. As of today 11/8/16 I can't get the office manager Goldie Abraham to return calls or emails and same goes for the broker Fred Lemire. Needless to say I haven't been paid, the other agent hasn't been paid so where is that money??? Hmmm ... the checks were delivered to the office.
Stay far far away from this brokerage!!!

I went under contract for a house in early April after framing/right before sheet rock due to close end of May. House is still not complete at end of July. This is completely the seller's fault, but the listing agent will not answer nor return any of my calls. She provides no useful information to my realtor about construction progress. Of the two times I've managed to reach her, once she was very rude. Her client is incredibly unethical, to the point at which the listing agent is also acting unethically - she came to me in mid June asking for $15,000 or else the house wouldn't be completed and pressuring me to hurry up and pay. I am very upset - this has been going on for four months, my apartment lease has ended and I've moved all my belongings into storage, and I can't even get a simple phone call.

Worst experience. I would put zero stars if this review gave me the opportunity prior to posting. This broker does not pay on any rental properties. I too am waiting on a commission check from July 2017. There has to be some kind of action taken against this brokerage firm. Can't believe how they can do this. Never again will I take a client anywhere near a Trend Setter Property!

Worked a lease with this broker first week of July 2017. Still have not received my commission check. Nobody ever returns calls, emails, etc... I have been promised the check was in the mail dozens of times. Realtors beware and DO NOT work with this broker.

The leaser and realtor Hong chen of 7626 Loro Linda Houston Texas took my security deposit of 1500 dollars and said I left scratches on the wall. I took pictures of before and after moving in and out and they told me that the previous damage would not be an issue at the end of the lease. That was bullsh.t. I recommend everyone not to lease with them if you don't want your hard earned money taken from you at the end of your lease. When asked to return my phone calls they do not even pick up the phone. Would never lease from them again.

I keep calling and noone answers the phone. .I called and called nothing.

This broker owes my rental commission checks, I contacted them many times via email & phone calls, no response, I can't trust this broker, my advice, keep away from this broker

Worst realtors! Was a constant battle for Mr. David Chen to pick up his phone. After finally coordinating the day to see a house we were interested in, mind you my husband had to leave work early to make it on time, he never even called us to let us know someone had already placed an offer on the house. Complete waste of time.

John Fu is an amazing realtor and helped us get into our dream home! Would definitely recommend!
