Trekmates

I have mixed feelings about Trekmates. While their products are generally good, I have had some issues with their customer service. It took them a while to resolve my query, which was frustrating. However, once resolved, they were helpful and apologetic.

Recently purchased some trekking poles from trekmates.co.uk. The delivery was quick and the items were in perfect condition. The poles are sturdy and comfortable to use. Overall, satisfied with my purchase.

I had a mediocre experience with Trekmates. The quality of their products was average at best. I expected better given their reputation. The customer service was also lacking. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them.
