Unimpressed service. The team showed up later than scheduled and seemed unprepared for the job. Communication prior to the appointment was lacking, making it difficult to understand the process and what to expect. The cleanup after the work was not thorough, leaving my yard in worse shape than expected. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory and did not meet my expectations for professionalism.
