This store is a wonderful addition for those who are into earth-friendly items for the home. They have everything from sustainable garden items, to home remodel stuff, to smart home tech. They also offer DIY classes for free. The whole place is powered by solar panels attached to 2 Tesla battery packs. Really cool place.

Very new and pleasant exterior of building, very well presented solar-power system, but that's essentially where things fell off. Went in to check options for a bathroom remodel, and while they had a bathroom section, it consisted of one shower stall as a demo, one demo toilet, no bathtubs, and about 1/2 dozen shower heads. When I asked, the front desk staff member (very polite) about selection, she stated I would need to meet with a consultant to discuss options available on the online catalog; this defeated the purpose of coming in-store as my wife and I wanted to look at examples. We walked through much of the store, and (again) with exception to the Tesla Powerwall Products, options were very limited. Maybe they will expand later, but that the moment, it's a letdown.
We just recently purchased our first home and began an immediate remodeling project. We reached out to Treehouse and were paired with Barbara Powell to help us design our new space.
From the very beginning, Barbara was so kind and patient with us. We had a ton of questions and I am a very detail-oriented person, so she really spent a lot of time with us walking us through a ton of options and ideas.
The first thing we attempted on our home was to vault the ceiling. Barbara and her team had a few different groups come out to look at the project. We didn't end up vaulting the ceiling due to our personal budget, but they had multiple different groups come out and quote us over the course of a month because they really wanted to make it happen for us. Instead of saying "it's not going to work", they kept trying to find a solution for us, which was really appreciated.
Barbara spent a lot of time with us, came out to our home personally, worked for hours and hours on our home design, etc. She really put a lot into it and made us feel valued. I called her often with different questions, and she was always extremely accessible and kind on the phone. We were working with her over the course of several months. Suddenly, due to several things changing under our feet, my wife and I had to pull back on the entire project after Barbara had put in so much work. We felt really crummy about it and I was dreading telling Barbara, but when I did she was so sweet and understanding, said that they always have the customer's interest in mind, and to keep letting them know if we ever need anything, including just price comparisons and the like as a resource. We were so impressed and surprised.
We didn't actually end up using Treehouse for our project, but I would recommend Treehouse to anyone because of Barbara!
The folks from TreeHouse were professional, detailed oriented, courteous and on time. We hit a couple of unexpected snags and they found solutions to the issues (which they were not at fault for) each and every time.
The install went very well and was done faster than expected. They cleaned everything up and hauled off all materials and packaging.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their Smart Home installations or upgrades!
Incredible retail space full of products that enable one to become more self reliant. Cool classes for all ages. One stop shop for those looking to lessen their footprint.
TreeHouse has a variety of beautiful products, competitively priced, and will do as much of the work (contracting) as you pay them to do. I m thrilled with carpet they installed for me and am awaiting completion of a small guest bathroom. They are patient and responsive as the general contractor, and I m pleased with the work that s been done. They are still learning how to be the general contractor, but learning fast! If you ve got a project in mind, go look at what they have to offer.
I had a great experience with Chris at Treehouse while gathering information about a roof replacement. I found Chris to be extremely knowledgable and responsive to my circumstances, timeline, and needs. I feel confident recommending him and the Treehouse team based on my experienced with at least a half-dozen other Good Contractors' List and Angie's List roofing companies that did not seem the least bit interested in my business or working collaboratively on a project of that scale. I think that if you are looking to replace your roof and minimize ecological footprint with a product that looks good at the end of the day, you need to include an estimate from Treehouse. My roof is still doing its job for now, but I am confident a replacement from Treehouse would be a worthy investment.
A place can inspire your imagination if you wish build a new home. Any renewable energy till final phase better to have specialists like then take for us.
The Treehouse is a pretty cool place you need to go by and check it out they also have Taco Deli in the same block I think it just opened a couple days ago and man it's crowded
What a cool store! It's like a home improvement sore combined with a general purpose store, but eco friendly. The whole place is well laid out, and has a good vibe.
First I would like to say this store's concept is awesome. Love the inside, love the products they are offering, and the employees are very nice. This is where it ends. We were looking at a water softener system and set up an appointment for them to come out and give us a quote. The day the contractor and project manager were suppose to show up started of bad with the contractor being about 30 minutes late. After arriving, they proceed to say this will be "one of the easiest installations they have done" because of easy access to everything. Great news, wrong! In store the employee said an installation with minimal issues is around $1500-$2000. Today I get a quote for $3700 with an explanation of they will have to replace a small portion of drywall. Mind you that cost is just labor and does no account for almost $2000 for the system. WOW!!! What a waste of time. Deceptive practices will not keep this company in business. All I can assume is they thought we were easy prey because of the area we live in. It's a shame that we got this price gouging and we are completely disappointed in what appeared to be the perfect place to buy green products.
