Ordered several items, all with different vendors that they use. Had a major discrepancy in sizing with a $37 warm up jersey that was extremely small. I called and spoke with Diane who stated that all the items were available to try on, however, the staff working at the time was only aware of shorts and jerseys when we were there and not a warm-up to try on. Diane was argumentative, condescending, and offered no apologies or alternatives because, "then we wouldn't make any money". I understand sizes and vendors and not offering refunds, however, that's not what I wanted. Just hoping Diane perhaps can at least validate a customers concerns in the future and realize how detrimental poor customer service can be to even the best of businesses anywhere.
Eagle Graphics has consistently done an excellent job with our orders. We purchase t-shirts and company swag throughout the year and are always impressed with the customer service and quality of product. The team is easy to work with and produces great results.
We've used Eagle Graphics for our annual family fun run. The team at Eagle is proactive in helpful in getting our 35-50 shirt orders done efficiently and a reasonable price. Good shirts. Good service.
