The Treehouse Family Play Area is CLOSED, the owners did a runner 3 months ago and its still up on google as open. We see distraught kids arrive at the doors almost every day, to be turned away by the new business. it would be a modern day tragedy, if it wasnt for the fact that this thinly disguised fun area was a deathtrap waiting to happen.
Amazing place for kids and adults, not your usual plastic chair and table affair.
A wonderful play space in a former dance hall / masonic lodge. Like a soft play but not soft: all the play frames are made from wood and ropes etc. Very impressive. Friendly service. Free wifi. Limited (street) parking outside.
It was an awful awful experience, firstly I have a pushchair and the moment we got there we were presented with 5 or 6 hugely steep stairs to make things worst one if the male workers (looked like manager) watched me struggle up with the buggy without a "would you like any help" or any word what so ever. Then expecting a huge place for children due to the reviews on here (obviously from employees or friends) as it was horrendous there is no space what so ever the play area is about the size of my living room, and the under 2s bit was atrocious then let's start on the toilets and downstairs space. Mouldy smelly and disgusting just the whole place was vile. Ordered a latte which was stone cold.
Next to the staff oh my god the KIDS that work there weren't child friendly at all and all had attitudes and unhelpful.
Then the place closes half an hour before advertised and even got an sarcastic answer to that. Would never ever dream of going there again and wouldn't advise anybody to either worst place in Bournemouth for children to play or even a coffee. Avoid like the plague.
Unable to rate or review as unfortunately it was shut because they had a quiet morning and the weather was nice. Annoying as we had checked website before leaving home, spent half an hour finding somewhere to park and obviously the parking ticket fee only to then have to explain to a 3,4 and 6 year old why we were not going in, not sure we will bother again.
Had my sons 5th birthday here - amazing!!!! staff and whole experience like a breath of fresh air - so i could relax - everyone who came commented on how brilliant it was - AMAZING !!!! they even kept all the halloween decorations up for our spooky theme.
