Smokey and needed some housekeeping attention in the casino area!

Smoking and non smoking areas. Clean and good atmosphere

It's nice but not my favorite. The casino here is not smoke free. If you are a smoker, you probably will enjoy it. The people are friendly but the games are very tight! Beware! The hotel is older but clean. Not a good place to bring young children.

The food is second to none. That's why we go there. The casino was smelly and hot.

This place has become a joke you can't hardly ever win anything and the service here has gone down hill from what it used to be I won't ever come back to this place. I can't even place a to go order.

Lost money as usual. If you go here at a time when they are collecting money no matter what game you play you will lose so just leave when that starts happening because you will lose.

2nd best casino on the coast. Im looking into investing more time here... If only i had more money

I like the fact that the dinner buffet starts a 2 PM when most others start at 4.

It's nice to have the choice from 2 separate places to play smoke-free Casino is pretty new very queen and never as busy as the North Casino. With that said I've never cashed out on the Northside. First visit in $750 in my pocket on my first $15 of free play for joining. Second visit a couple hundred and another free t-shirt for the 4th of July. The breakfast buffet is great almost too many things to choose from. And for late night eats the deli was great!

It's a 5 because at first I had I'll feelings. So I wanna compensate. I feel a high 3 or 4. I'm use to buffets in casinos being huge and decently priced toward the low end. I almost walked away when they said 150+ dollars for 2 kids and 2 adults. Food was good thou and they did have endless crab legs sooooo ok. Everything I had was seasoned well besides the brisket. Brisket was uh gross sorry. Just not the selection I'd expect for 150 bucks. Other than that, I'd visit again but with a more empty stomach so I can definitely eat my part of 150 dollars

Rooms are entered from outside. Visited in January and it was very cold.

Win some lose some... Great foods at The Den... Buffet is good too... Courtesy by the Staff and Hosts is always good...

Great room, friendly service, really enjoying my stay

Very small casino and hotel resort. Compared to the other locales, this one is very dated and lackingas an entertainment and "resort" combo. The buffet left much to be desired as the food was cold, service line staff was less than pleased to be there, and the reception staff/cashiers quickly push patrons to hurry through the line/pay to move the crowd. Although the buffet does offer snow crab legs and king crab legs, the price is but a little below the average price for other, much better selections at other casino resorts. The rooms were dated and in need of a visual and aesthetic make-over.
The casino floor staff were the only positive that saved my review of this place. All were very attentive from the gaming staff when I had a question to the cocktail servers who kept a steady vigil to ensure I was supplied with water/softdrink/adult beverage of choice.

The spaghetti at the Infinity Buffet is out of this world !!

Security always be looking at me funny and they be trying to set people up. On the slick and the owner always be trying to hit on young girls and the took my room deposit cuz they be tired of seeing me there...i think they are really trying to kick me out but they dont have a good enough reason to kick me out

It's just ok....i only go here bc my mother and father in law like it....this and boomtown are where the old folks go for sure....

My mother always told me "If you cant say anything nice don't say anything at all"

This is a nice place to stay in play games and have a great time .

Signed up new member and the first slot machine started spinning and had to call tech and when they opened the speakets fell out of machine. Not impressef.

The food is great.Location is great,right across the street from the beach.And there are several resteraunts and novelty shops in walking distance. One of my favorites

Treasure bay is one of the smaller casinos, but the machines are fun and they give great Freeplay and comps.

Fine dining restaurant CQ has wonderful steaks and seafood.

Nice Casino, the food is delicious, and it's the only Casino along the Hwy 90 strips that serves Dungeness and snow crabs every night. It's worth your time.

It's ok. I gave it 2 stars because it was the cheapest casino to stay in, otherwise it would have gotten 1. The room wasn't exactly sleezy motel nasty, but wasn't exactly clean either. The towels seemed stained and the water was brown. There was mold or something growing in the ceiling and rust on the fixtures. It doesn't have a fridge, could use some maintenance, and the beds and pillows were a bit firm which made for a wakeful night trying to get comfortable.

I love this casino, it feels like you'd imagine a Cozy Southern Casino to be, You actually get to know people and they genuinely get to know you!

Fun as always. Mrs. Linete at The Den provided excellent customer service and The Den's fish tacos are delicious!!! Ready to go back to eat, play and drink

It's a nice home, and the food is delicious at the buffet.

The first floor seemed very compact started to leave then went upstairs more open Table games were nice low buy-in

Do Not ever stay at Treasure Bay filthy dont care about not being clean. I requested a room with a walk in shower gave me a filthy room that has a tub with several strands of hair in it. Sink full of hair. Toilet has ring in it. Carpet nasty. Told me they had no other room for the 3 nights I'm here. NEVER AGAIN... The door would not close had to have maintenance come fix it. No refrigerator to keep things cold. I will be sending a formal letter to the owner and GM.

Omgoodness.. This is the best hotel/casino. We enjoyed our weekend.

I have found that every time I try to give this den . Another chance it gets worse. Starts at front desk. Stand there with sign wait to be seated then says go sit. Waitress arrives in five minutes like she does not know where she is . Coffee comes out cold and orange juice comes out warm. We are now waiting five minutes for ice for juice just so we can drink it right now the place is not busy she has two tables already served. And us. Who does the hiring ? Who is the manager ? This is a disgrace for any type restaurant I am not one to ever post a review. First ever. I am sitting with a select player and I am elite.

Disgrace and disappointed. This is super bowl Sunday. In case u have the least bit of interest to improve this
