Had the house washed and windows cleaned. House looks great and I ve never seen my windows so shiny. Justin was excellent in communicating with me. He was on time, took good care of my landscaping, cleaned up when the job was done. Very fair price for the high quality work. Next time, I m going to have him wash my screens as well. Highly recommend this company.

Justin and his worker did a nice job on our gutters last fall. We had Justin fill out estimates for exterior windows for this spring as well. The only thing I wished that they would do is clean up the dirt that gets on the siding from when they spray out the gutters. I will be calling Top Hat Services for future service!

Gutter Cleaning and Window washing (inside and out). Justin is the best!! They removed all debris from the gutters and they took off and cleaned all window screens and storm panes. I went on a community website looking for someone to plow our driveway. We have used other companies before and they never came when they said they would or asked how we wanted it cleared. Justin contacted me quickly and showed up when we asked him to, he didn't start doing anything until he knew what exactly we wanted cleared and asked if there was anything he should be aware of like flower beds, etc. He made sure to be careful not to do any damage and he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him again for future business needs.

I needed to have my gutters cleaned out. I emailed Top Hat who gave me a fast and free quote that sounded very resonable. I scheduled an appointment that worked for me. I am putting my townhome on the market and it desperately needed to be cleaned up on the outside. The siding had places of green algae, grime and dirt over the years. We are very pleased with the work that Justin and his helper did at our home on 6/4/2020. We are an older couple who can't wash our windows ourselves any more. We have been hiring window washers for the last 6 or 7 years. We hired Top Hat because they were the lowest bidder and we were surprised by the thoroughness and attention to detail they used. The team worked very hard to wash our home, clean the gutters, windows and screens. They were very concerned about damaging anything outside or inside our home. They welcomed our input when we pointed out some soffit areas that were extremely difficult to clean. And they took care of them to our satisfaction. They were more focused on doing a quality job, than on completing everything in a hurry. We appreciated the great job they did for us. And we will use them again.

There are few jobs which are more satisfying than clean windows -- when done well. Justin Trapp and his crew of three window washers were very thorough with each window -- even those on the 3rd floor! -- and the Spring sunshine is happy and unhindered coming through. They also replaced more than half a dozen lights in a high front-hall chandelier; it was tricky, but once done the chandelier looks bright and new again. The price was very reasonable and my only regret is that I didn't have more cash on hand to give a better tip to this crew of polite and competent young men, who deserved an extra kudo. Justin has provided two winters of snow-control at our home, and also I helped our next-door neighbor become his snow-control customer for this past winter, as well. His service is highly responsible, very thorough and workmanlike, and Justin has made successful efforts 100% of the time to cooperate with critically-important snow-control timing for us at our Apple Valley home. He maintains communication via e-mail, phone and texts, always responding to every message or call we make. We've had several other snow-control self-employed contractors within the past six winters, and none of them even comes close to the quality, dependability and caring attitude that Justin possesses. I won't waste your time with horror-stories of terrible service provided (or service not provided at all) by each of these other snow contractors over the years. He has also provided whole-house indoor and outdoor window cleaning at our home, which was reasonably priced and gave excellent results at each window. I wholeheartedly recommend Justin, his company and his services--all of his services--to everyone. He exemplifies what being a Minnesotan is all about. Don't waste your precious time getting bids from any other company.

Top Hat Services have done my window cleaning twice for me. It was a great job and they cleaned both my windows and screens. They repected my home as went through it to get to the inside. I didn't have to take down curtains which was nice too. I recommend Top Hat highly.

Needed to have the gutters on the rear of our house cleaned so did a quick google search and saw these guys had good reviews. Scheduling was simple through their website and quote was quick and about what I expected. The guys doing the job were nice enough and seemed to know what they were doing. Reason I m giving them only 3 stars is cause the killed a one of our tall potted plants with the hose they used to wash the gutters with, knocked some tiles off the room and do a mediocre job cleaning the loose grit and muck from our back LL walkout.

Justin and his colleague did a fantastic job in cleaning gutters in my older home -- I'd deferred work too long and my gutters were ready for the Dirty Gutters Hall of Shame. Also put on a new, effective, affordable gutter guard system. No upcharges for removing old foam guards or screens.
