Very bad they offer hotels and there is no one in the office to contact the hotel in question they were also not satisfied with travel deal very very bad service

What a bad company, you book a hotel on Tuesday and then receive an email on Friday that your booking has been canceled and that you are getting a voucher. Called customer service I get some not very cheerful person on the phone who is barely understandable because she is panting in her headset, was offended that I did not agree with a voucher I had to put it on the mail. Done that and especially expressed my displeasure because upon further investigation the hotel is simply open to guests, and I did not agree. I receive an e-mail that they very exceptionally come to our one-time credit and refund money. Dusssssss never again a travel deal !!!!!

What should have been a nice holiday has now become a very nasty experience.
Booked through Travel Deal 2 nights hotel with breakfast and dinners paid in advance.
Because we had found a corona infection in ourselves, we immediately reported this and proposed to postpone the holiday to a later date.
But Travel Deal says it's a shame than losing money and no voucher, really bad.

Never book with Traveldeal !! They don't keep agreements and don't give you what you are entitled to. We have booked a complete trip to Mallorca. Due to the corona outbreak everything has been canceled, both flight and accommodation. Understand that they cannot return all your money now (which we are entitled to)
Now they say we can only get a voucher from the accommodation and not the flight. So we lost that money. Really outrageous and such a bad service. You can't even reach them by phone anymore.
What a dredging company

Have booked a hotel on the Moselle for 22 9 2020 but are not allowed to go there because we come from North Holland. (Corona) then you will simply lose your money because we cannot accept the offered date. We just want to rebook for the date in the Netherlands .

Misleading advertisements and customer employees who think it makes sense to drive a half hour taxi ride from a hotel in Lekkerkerk to visit a Wellness Resort Elysium. The advertisement reads Relax in the Elysium wellness resort incl. Overnight stay in Rotterdam . "Yes sir, you should also read carefully, it says near Rotterdam". With cow letters, there is a wellness resort in this extremely suggestive advertisement. Would the hotel be a few kilometers further, well, then that should be Rebooking or cancellation costs 19.50 euros. I call while the money is not even in the account with Traveldeal and yet they want to tap the cancellation costs. This way you can get rid of your customers just fine. Keep it up!

Booked 3 days to Eindhoven in Van Der Valk Hotel ....... great good hotel and everything went perfectly so as far as we are concerned a big 10 out of 10 And hope to be able to book a lot here at these democratic prices!

A bunch of top-class crooks! We would go on holiday with the family to the Veluwe, but this was canceled due to Traveldeal's mistake. However, I had paid the full travel sum but never got it back. They said they couldn't correct this afterwards. I NEVER NEVER NEVER go with such a club of amateurs again. With this scam mentality, they will never survive the Corona crisis. Remember this when you book with these scammers!
