What a bad company, you book a hotel on Tuesday an...

What a bad company, you book a hotel on Tuesday and then receive an email on Friday that your booking has been canceled and that you are getting a voucher. Called customer service I get some not very cheerful person on the phone who is barely understandable because she is panting in her headset, was offended that I did not agree with a voucher I had to put it on the mail. Done that and especially expressed my displeasure because upon further investigation the hotel is simply open to guests, and I did not agree. I receive an e-mail that they very exceptionally come to our one-time credit and refund money. Dusssssss never again a travel deal !!!!!
