Tracey at Travel Butlers was incredibly helpful, and enabled us to have the holiday of a lifetime within our budget. We had a twin centre trip, at the Masai Mara and Galu Beach on the coast. All travel plans worked seamlessly, accommodation was as expected and all staff were so friendly and helpful, in particular our guide, David.

Tracey Lee worked with me to design an itinerary and then made all the arrangements for our South Africa trip (Garden Route + Krueger Safari). She selected fantastic accommodations and with everything prepaid, we just showed up, enjoyed and left. Even dealt with the rental car company when a payment issue arose. Fantastic.

Travel Butlers planned a fabulous 3 week South African vacation for my husband and I with short notice (approximately 1 month in advance). We live in Chicago and despite the time change they were a breeze to work and communicate with. I worked with Tracey at Travel Butlers, and she helped plan and organize the time spent in each destination. We wanted a beach retreat (Mauritius), Cape Town, the Winelands, and a 3 day safari. The hotels she recommended were excellent, all of the drivers/transportation she hired were phenomenal, and while we were on our trip she touched base to make sure everything was going swimmingly. The service Travel Butlers provides is unbelievable and we highly recommend to all of our family and friends.

We wanting a trip to SA which included the Winelands, Cape Town and a Safari. Using Google, I came across Travel Butlers and gave them a call. After speaking with Tracey, she gave me the confidence I needed to trust her and her company to arrange the trip. What can I say about Tracey & Travel Butlers - Wow, thank you, brilliant and Fandabbidoosar. The care Tracey took for us to have an absolute tremendous SA experience was outstanding. As this was the first time to SA, Tracey advised us of a hotel in the middle of Franschhoek (Winelands), then a hotel in the V & A area of Cape Town, followed by 4 nights on the Entabeni Safari conservancy lodges, 3 hours North of Johannesburg. everything about the trip and experience of SA and Travel Butlers was fantastic, we cannot praise enough. I recommend TB as they want you to have the experience of a lifetime and that is exactly what was delivered and more. It has been an absolute pleasure being taken care of by a family travel consultancy, even when our flights were changed, Tracey dealt efficiently and keep us informed at all times. Absolutely awesome service from all concerned. Tracey and the team at Travel Butlers really know their stuff...all of our accommodation choices were superb, their advice was second to none. All the destinations they recommend are personally researched and visited (hard life!) and it shows !!! They fully understood what we were looking for and boy did they deliver!

Not only were there NO hiccups in a two week itinerary for 7 very diverse people, we had brilliant service everywhere we stayed - nothing was too much trouble and extra special attention was paid to my parents' wedding anniversary (partly because Travel Butlers had made sure they knew about it but also because of the customer service ethic of the places that TB's use!)

Fantastic service. Pulled together a great multicentre itinerary and sourced great hotels including a fantastic safari camp. The information provided prior to departure and the app were great. The team were also super responsive when we needed to make some changes due to a 24hr flight delay. I would definitely use Travel Butlers again and would recommend them to a friend.

Travel Butlers is just what the name says, your private butler on a trip to Africa. I have used the company a few times in my travels to South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Botswana and Namibia, always to my utmost satisfaction. They era extremely helpful, both in the preparation of the trip, the search for the right budget and the on-site support once you are on your way. When a complication has aroused -like the last-minute need for a vaccine, or a change of flights-, I have just had to make a phone call, and my butler has always delivered. Their local representatives have always been knowledgeable and efficient. My adventures have been absolute dreams. When you are far away, it is important to know that somebody, your own butler, is taking good care of you.

We have used Travel Butlers for 3 consecutive years (Zambia, Namibia and Tanzania & Mozambique this year) and are very likely to use them for next year's plans - if that does not say it all, I dunno what would.

We have also referred several others to them.

I am immensely detailed in my planning of trips, so am ultra choosy - a policy that I have found bears golden fruit since I started traveling in Sub-Saharan Africa in 1995 - call sign says it all.

Travel Butlers ability, & willingness, to step into the detail as well as dealing with the big picture is therefore crucial & of enormous benefit.

I was looking for a first safari holiday to celebrate my 50th birthday. I came across Travel Butlers form an internet search and could not have been more happy with the experience. Natasha was endlessly patient as we considered different times and intineraries and worked hard to ensure we had the perfect holiday. She helped us stay at special locations with sufficient time to explore what we wanted to see. From start to finish, it was an enjoyable experience. I would thoroughly recommend Travel Butlers to anyone considering holidaying in Africa.

It's impossible to rate Tracey and Travel Butlers high enough.

For the last 15 years, my wife and I have independently booked our holidays on-line.

It was my wife's 50th birthday and she was desperate to go to South Africa. From the minute we contacted Travel Butlers to enquire about our options, to the moment we came back from our holiday - they were exceptional.

All their advice was truly tailored for our individual needs and budget. I am a real pain when it comes to wanting extremely high standards of accommodation and service, without feeling that I'm being ripped off.

Our three accommodations at Sun City, Kapama Karula game reserve and Cape Town were fabulous. We had 7 flights including internals as part of our itinerary, with 6 personal transfers between the various airports and accommodation. Everything was like clockwork - all documentation with lots of detail, sent well in advance in date order - flight, transfer and accommodation details.

Numbers were also provided to contact Travel Butlers if there were any problems. Absolutely no need - we're still pinching ourselves that everything went according to plan.

We were also given fantastic advice on things to do and never once felt that it was a sales pitch. Everything was about enabling us to make a considered choice having not been there before.

Even at the last minute, we'd read a couple of negative comments on Trip Advisor about a Cape Town property that we had picked (not recommended by Travel Butlers). Tracey immediately found us a great alternative and cancelled the previous booking without the loss of any deposit. At every stage of the whole process, I was told - just leave it to me and they were genuinely amazing.

I was able to give my wife her holiday of a life time, but I genuinely don't believe I could have achieved that without Travel Butlers.

If you want something special on a visit to Africa then I highly recommend Travel Butlers. Have used them twice for a family trip to Tanzania and a trip for my wife and I to Victoria Falls, Botswana and Namibia. Fantastic experience each time.

I would use Travel Butlers again and again. Their attention to detail and follow up is what should be the standard in the service industry. They put everyone else to shame.

She answered all of our questions and offered wonderful suggestions for our first major trip to South Africa. We even had some itinerary changes while we there and without hesitation she took care of everything for us!

I Have booked two Holidays with Travel Butler and both were incredible.
Nothing is to much Trouble they really put themselves out to get it right for you
to Fit your budget and comparing to the high street Travel agent they Loose them hands down . If any body has Tested them I would say it was me .
and they still let me go back.
if they feel that you have got some thing wrong with a request they will advise you so as to get it right . I SHALL RETURN.

We recently returned from a trip to South Africa organised by Natasha from Travel Butlers. Our trip included 4 nights in Capetown,2 in Franschhoek, 1 in Johannesburg and 4 on Safari at Tau Lodge, Madikwe. We booked our own international flights but Natasha booked everything else from being met on our arrival at the airport, hotels, car hire, internal flights and day trips.
Everything went perfectly and was what we expected. As we only thought of this trip about 10 days before departure we were very happy with the service provided. We were supplied with several quotes which we chopped and changed with Natasha until we had the trip we wanted.

Tracey Campbell was amazing. I had a number of difficult requests ie a last minute trip during February half term, Malaria free safari, a private transfer, on a budget & with a reasonable transfer time. Travel Butlers sorted everything and responded very quickly. My 14 year old and I flew from Heathrow 9pm Friday evening to Joburg and had a 3 hour private transfer straight to Entabeni where we had 2 game drives every day before breakfast & before dinner. We saw EVERY ANIMAL apart from Leopards !

I had the pleasure of working with Natasha on a safari/beach package to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. This was all done via email mostly due to the time difference between the US and UK. Wonderful two week holiday in Africa. Natasha picked wonderful accommodations that can fit just about any budget. What is unique is they really work as a team to make the client's experience unforgettable.

Excellent service from initial contact straight through choices offered and final package agreed. Correspondence was via email and always responded to quickly when I had any queries. Even when the flights get getting changed the informed me straight away and provided a new uptodate itinerary and sent them via the post as I don't have a printer. We have recently returned from a 2 centre African holiday booked through Travel Butlers. We found them online, and from the start Tracey and the other staff listened to our requirements, adjusted the package offered to suit our budget and requirements, and put together a fantastic holiday to Sabi Sands game park, Kruger Park, and then on to Vilankulos, Mozambique. All transfers were exactly on time and as expected, the hotels and lodges exceeded our expectations, and the game drives from Elephant Plains lodge were unbelievable - we were so close to leopards, elephants, rhinos, etc, that it would have been possible to touch them from the truck. Highly recommended.

We booked our honeymoon (safari in Tanzania then Zanzibar)
with Tracey and from start to finish everything was excellent. She was helpful, easy to deal with and knowledgeable about our destination. We had a slight issue during the stay and Tracey was quick to respond and resolve it, even on a Sunday. Will definitely book with Travel Butlers again, highly recommended.

Rhulani Lodge in particular far exceeded our expectations and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a safari with that 'back to nature' feel, eco-credentials, but without compromising on the finer things.
