Excellent service from initial contact straight through choices offered and final package agreed. Correspondence was via email and always responded to quickly when I had any queries. Even when the flights get getting changed the informed me straight away and provided a new uptodate itinerary and sent them via the post as I don't have a printer. The resulting holiday is one that my wife and I will never forget
