This place is a real gem. I've been here many times and the paninos and pizza are just incredible, and very filling! My only knock would be that the service is on the slow side, but it's worth the wait.

Trasca and Co is a hidden gem in the Ponte Vedra Beach area. Carefully tucked behind Nona Blue and the shoppes, Trasca provides a sandwich/pizza stop that you can't pass up. Number one recommendation: Spaghetti Pie Panino. Truly amazing. If you are vegan/vegetarian, there are no meat Panino options, but are not fully vegan/veg. I would try the Trasca House Salad, hold the cheese. Enjoy!!

Lovely, fun place to eat. Food is absolutely delicious and my dining companion and I accidentally got each others sandwich! I had ordered the Cuban sandwich and she had the avocado and Turkey. Each of us loved the other's. Didnt even notice, it was so good. Do not like ordering and paying at the counter and then having your food brought to you. Wood tables you eat at were a little sticky, but that will not stop me from going back again and again and again.

I love this place. Excellent paninis and breakfast options. Always satisfied and never disappointed. If you dine in, just know that everything is made to order so it might take a few minutes. Have a glass of wine or specialty coffee while you wait. It s worth it!

Love this place! The trasca pizza is amazing, the dough is perfectly fluffy. The paninos are awesome too, sometimes a bit too much cheese for me though. It's fun to stay and eat there as well. Sometimes they have music. They have draft beer and wine on tap as well as specialty colas.

First time here - we loved it!!! Great menu, excellent draft beer selection, and amazing customer service! Plus, they're open late. This place is a win, especially for Sawgrass and all PVB residents. A great, convenient place with good prices and a good variety!

The service was good but the classic club I ordered was breaking apart the first time I picked it up, also the plates are to small every time I picked up my food everything fell of my plate and the sandwich was stuffed with to much food to fit the amount of bread. I don't think I will be returning to give it a second try.

Went there lunch because it was unique. Rolled subs! Never heard of one. The menu has lots of options. I got the turkey avocado, the taste was good. However, the size of was disappointingly small? Maybe they used to be bigger? And the side of potato salad was like half a 2oz cup and it was pretty forgettable in taste. Pretty disappointed. Food took like 30 minutes, tables weren t cleared of old plates. Maybe they were short handed. Cashier was nice but the place as a whole could use some work.

I love Trasca for many reasons. My family dines here often and we truly enjoy the entire experience. If the unique and deliciously fresh paninos aren't reason enough to come, they might have the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. It's our favorite neighborhood spot. Keep up the good work!!

I love this restaurant!!! I actually used to work at Trasca before going off to college and it was a great atmosphere! Sara the owner is so kind and it is really remarkable how hard she works to make the restaurant great for people. Highly reccomend their buffalo bleu panino! Five stars for sure!!!

Started going here around the beginning of october. Me and my friend mainly went because they had a gorgeous guy with tattoos all over his arms and hands and we'd see him come out to get a drink. Havent seen him in at least a month though so we stopped going. Decent food, we mainly went for that guy though.

We are moving to the area and stopped here for lunch. The food was delicious! The reason for the 3 starts is the price. It was $58 for a family of four to eat lunch. And our kids split a pizza! So this was really three meals and four fountain drinks, no apps, no desserts. We really liked the food; but close to $60 for that amount of food is just too much money for lunch. We're on the fence as the whether or not we will return.

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and walked across the parking lot, to grab a quick sandwich "to go" before we headed out to an event. We ordered ... then waited and waited some more. This was a "to go" order for a sandwich & a salad, simple. I asked two different girls about our order & both responded it was coming out any minute. Finally I asked "Buddy" the manager AND told him it had been close to 20 minutes & we really needed to go. He simply asked my name & went to the kitchen ... the sandwich arrived shortly and I paid 23 minutes after ordering. No apology or any expression of concern for me at all. I was not happy about this at all, much to long to wait for a to go order. Now, on another note, after I bit into the Turkey Avacado Panino while I sat in my car, I realized I was eating the best sandwich I've had in recent memory!!! The food is so memorable, but you'd better just dine-in and have some time. Enjoy!

After hearing about this place from everyone, my wife and I had to try it. It was hearty food and full filling for a good price. The manager was very helpful and showed us a picture of every sandwich to help us decide. You get an option to get half a salad and half panino sandwich with generous portions. The reason I give it 3 stars, is because the chicken tasted like it was refrigerated and heated up, not freshly Cooked. The sandwiches are very greasy I don't know if they are worth the calories.

Trasca is such a wonderful place. We ordered a pizza and 2 paninos for our family to share. Everything was delicious and fresh. We had great service from everyone they even brought us a small plate of chips for the kids while we waited on our food. We ordered a pizza and 2 paninis and were very impressed. The owner is very sweet and is always helping customers. It was really such a great experience. We will be regulars now. Can't wait to try the famous mud pie we keep hearing about.

Let me first start off by saying I love Trasca! That being said I was greatly disappointed today when my family stopped in to grab a casual lunch to find the prices have been raised. It was already quite expensive before and to now be $15 ish for half a sandwich and a side salad is crazy. For a family of four lunch in excess of $50 is excessive on a regular basis. I have been a patron since the beginning but now find that will end or be quite limited at best. I hope the continued price increases do not scare off the other families in the community that try to support local business.

This is... (hands down!) an excellent place to eat. Went down for their 2nd anniversary celebration and every single dish has been on point. They have a family recipe style of sandwiches made with fresh baked flatbread. We had the Philly (amazing!), the Club (delish), amd a Cuban (mind blowing). Not sure if they always have live music, but the group thwy had performing was great - good combo of instruments and vocals (@HelloCelia, @EricCharlton, and @TheFlood)

Not great, but decent. First of all, they are so proud of having come up with the "panino", but I guess they never bothered to Google the word to realize that that word is already taken! It's the singular form of panini, the Italian style pressed sandwich! Theirs (pluralized as, I kid you not, "paninos"!) is made with pizza dough, more a wrap than a sandwich. I had the Cuban one and it was a mess; quite greasy and without bread that's even worse. Good ingredients but unbalanced with pickle slices completely overpowering the other flavors except perhaps the greasy ham.

A friend had the "cracker pizza", thin crust but not crackery at all actually, too flexible for my buddy as a matter of fact. A third in our party had the shrimp "panino" which was probably the best thing. The table, seemingly made our of reclaimed wood, was quite sticky and even after wiping it down with water and a napkin it never felt clean.

I'll forgive the girl taking our order for arguing with me about what a Panino is, I'll forget that she promised me is love it, but I don't think I'll ever go back.

Great limited service restaurant (LSR) with an Italian flair. GoTo item on the menu is basically a calzone style sandwich. Tasty ingredients and modern flavors makes some of these selections interesting.

Other options include delicious pizza, salad, and baked goods.

I had the buffalo chicken salad. It was a no thrills kale salad with a big helping of shredded carrots. The dressing was spicy, but the chicken was actually rather dry and plain.

Soda fountain is a pure cane sugar variety. I liked the flavors.

A friend and I had dinne at Trasca yesterday evening. The food was great! Try the pizza! It was excellent with a very thin crust and customized toppings. We also were entertained with live music by Caitlin Mahoney. She is a very talented up and coming artist. A great dining experience!

Food made fresh with high quality ingredients. Staff is friendly, everything is clean, food served hot. The soft drinks are specialty sodas, not typical Pepsi or Coke products. The sweet tea isn't very sweet, otherwise everything was great.

Visiting the area, my wife and I stopped in for Sunday lunch. This was quite possibly the finest panini either of us had ever eaten. Fantastic good, wonderful atmosphere, reasonable prices. If you haven't tried Trasca & Co, go there now. Go on. Go. Eat. Enjoy.

I was astonished by my experience here today. I have celiac disease and must be strictly gluten free. When I was ordering, I let them know that and they took it very seriously. When my salad was delivered by a manager, it had croutons on it. I told him I had to be STRICTLY gluten free or I would get very sick. He apologized. He came back with a "new" salad, and explained that the chef was just making another salad so was able to make this one gluten free. Not true. There were crumbs and and a crouton that they "missed". For a kitchen to not take food allergies seriously is a BIG problem. I assumed the chef was at fault, but when I took it back to the manager, and heard him ask the chef to make a new salad, it was clear that this was not the case. To intentionally lie about significant food allergies is absolutely unacceptable. That manager should be fired.
