Service issue either customer care number given on the website not working .....

We have TRAQR GPS in our vehicles since 2008 and they are still working perfectly even after 10 years. Their service is too good.

I googled for GPS tracking devices and my search gave me a lot of companies. I called few of them to enquire about their product and services. I got all kinds of answers. Then on the way to my office, I saw this sticker TRAQR GPS on one of the cabs. I googled and found their website. I called them and they sent a sales manager to show me the product and provide demo. I was satisfied. I decided to install their system. Today, after 1 year, I must say that they are among the best GPS companies in India. Their product is good. Service is terrific. What I can keep ranting about is their response to my requests..... simply amazing. TRAQR - keep up the good work.

Don't ask experience ,it was the worst time of life.

I recently bought a used car. The dealer was providing Traqr GPS as a special gift. I did not opt for the same as I felt it was invading my privacy. The very next day, my neighbours car stolen and could not be recovered back. I rushed to my dealer to provide me the Traqr GPS. I now am happy and feelling safe.

We run a school in Punjab and all our school buses are equipped with Traqr GPS system. We are very satisfied with the system. Very easy to use dashboard. Very easy to track the school buses. Now, we are going to give access to the parents to track their child's bus and also send them sms for bus arrival. Keep up the good work, Traqr!

I am a parent. My child's school has installed their tracking system and provided us app Where is my school bus. Now I don't have to wait in the sun for my child's bus. I wait at home, track the bus and then go to the bus stop. Very good app and very helpful.

Very good software for Schools. GPS tracking with RFID card system and SMS alerts to parents. Easy for parents to track child's bus on their phone.

I came to know about Traqr from my child's school. All their school buses are installed with Traqr. Now, parents do not have to wait at the bus stop. They can see the bus location on their phone and then come to the bus stop to drop or pickup the child. This is really good! Good work!

I first came across Traqr at the 2008 Auto Expo in Pragati Maidan. At that time, the GPS tracking technology was new in the country. I thought it to be useful for my personal car and had installed it. Over the years, the tracking technology has matured. The Traqr application has also become very fine. Their services were good from day one but today it is even better. I have helped Traqr to sell to a lot of my references and they have not left down even one of the customers with the support and service. Kudos to this company and their team.

Worked there for around 4 months...Not even received my appointment letter..(According to the company..the process takes at least 6 months time)..Hahaha

I have been working at Traqr for more than 8-9 years now. I am happy with my job. Traqr has taken good care of me in all these years. My salary has grown considerably over the years. I am obliged to the Traqr management for their help to me.

Worst company to work with.

Especially if you are looking to build a carrer in IT. Do not join here because it will ruin your carrer. People here are only because they wont get a new job after here.

They wont give you an offer letter before 6 months. No PF No Medical Nothing.

You must come more than 20 days else you will get your salary only the days you have come to the office.

Join only if you have no choice else think 10 times before joining here.

We had some very specific requirements for our gps tracking. Traqr provided their solution with all our requirements fulfilled. These guys are amazing.

All our trucks are installed with their system and we can now see which truck is at what location. It has made our work much easier. We are able to use our fleet much more efficiently. There is no delay in pickup up loads and moving ahead for the next trip. Traqr is performing good for us.

There are lots of GPS tracking products available in the market today. The prices are also all different from very cheap to expensive. There are trackers from China which are very very cheap but their quality is also not good. If you want reasonable price with quality product, you should try this Traqr. There price is neither cheap nor expensive but their quality is good, so try it once.

Installed Traqr after trying the market and this is better product.

We tried and tested a lot of GPS companies. Some failed very badly. Product was bad. Service was hopeless. Some were so so. But Traqr was different. The product was very very good. The after sales service was very prompt. Since we wanted to install in our entire fleet, we visited their office. We found that their entire infrastructure was extremely large and they were a proper company, not like the others operating out of their homes.
