Transitional Services Association, Inc. (TSA) is a non-profit organization that has been providing comprehensive support services to individuals with mental health and substance use concerns and other life challenges since 1978. TSA's mission is to empower individuals by providing them with the tools they need to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.
TSA's flagship program, RISE Housing and Support Services, has been serving people in Saratoga and the surrounding counties for over four decades. RISE programs provide safe, healthy, and affordable housing options for individuals who are struggling with mental health issues or substance use disorders.
At TSA, we understand that recovery is a journey that requires ongoing support from a team of dedicated professionals. That's why our programs are designed to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of an individual's life - from housing and employment assistance to counseling services and peer support groups.
Our team of experienced professionals includes licensed social workers, case managers, nurses, psychiatrists, therapists, peer advocates and other specialists who work together to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique needs.
We believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality care regardless of their financial situation. That's why we offer sliding-scale fees based on income for our services so that everyone can receive the help they need without breaking the bank.
In addition to our core programs at RISE Housing and Support Services , TSA also offers a range of other supportive services including vocational training programs , community outreach initiatives , educational workshops , advocacy efforts , crisis intervention services , family support groups , transportation assistance among others .
