I would never do business with these guys . They don't pay. I'm tired of playing games with them. Beware if you are thinking of doing work for them.

It would be nice if you could provide former emploees with their w2s on time. With everything going on filing taxes in a timely matter is important.

Professional scam artists. " Just a disabled vehicle with no other problems" They must be laughing their arses off at anyone dumb enough to offer service. Kinda laughing at myself after falling for the same scam multiple times.

Referred by AAA to them for dead batteries on our RV in FL. They quickly dispatched a truck in our area and got us running in no time. He kept his time promises and called back multiple times to make sure the driver showed up and also called back after to make sure we were satisfied. Very very pleased with how we were treated!

Pretty disgusted with this company. Brief backstory is that our RV travel trailer was damaged by another driver and determined to be a total loss by progressive insurance. After this determination, I received a call from Copart Auction who informed me that Transit Pros would be calling to arrange a pick up. I received a call from Autumn with Transit Pros who advised me that their "towing vendor" would call me the next day an hour or so prior to picking up the travel trailer since I had the keys and to finalize everything before it was towed away. Well needless to say I never received a call, the travel trailer was abruptly towed away without the keys, verification, etc. Just overall unprofessional and inconsiderate. Seems to me that everyone had their hand in the pot to make a buck from our misfortune.

This company is the worst. I ve been doing inspection for the company. You never get your pay on time. And I ve known other inspectors who haven t been pay at all. Brandon who s head over the department is a liar. He will pressure to get a inspection done but lies to you about your checks in the mail when you have direct deposit. It s been two weeks now and I haven t received my pay yet. Your pay is weekly. This isn t the first time this has happen. It s been several different occasions.

We've been trying to get paid for outstanding balances on their account from over a year ago. When calling their accounting department, been holding for someone to answer for over 18 minutes before the call disconnected.

These guys are scam artists. They told us truck was ready to be picked up no problem ready to tow. Turns out it needed debris cleaning and strapping/removal for loose pieces. They want you to do work for free, safety is not an issue so long as your doing it for cheap. We refused to tow it. On top of that when we asked if we could get some money so that we didn't go out for free, they told us will see if we can get it approved. WOW WHAT A JOKE... TO ALL OTHER COMPANIES BEWARE!

#1 if you happen to be African American you will never advance in this company. If you happen to be white and attractive be ready to rise to the top. Absolutely no loyalty to employees. No credit for the work you do. The VP, COO ETC have nothing to do with the daily operations or seem concerned, they just see money. You are trained to beat other competitive tow vendors down for the cheapest price. You get cussed out, and talked to poorly by these competitors all for the top to see a $$$. 00000 reward's to the employee's.
