Security guards deployed at Emirates tower 1 are the rudest. Claim to be from Emirates so it's okay to treat people with disrespect. Managers are encouraged to check todays CCTV footage between 7:15 & 7:30. Hope the rest of the company employees weren't raised in barns like these two jokers sitting at the desks

My first time booking a home Maintanance with them for a leak in my office , they confirm 11:00 Am and send me several confirmation emails that they are coming ,then they don t show up or call that they are late , after calling them they say they guys sick and can t make it maybe we can reschedule!! At least you can inform your client that your a no show not for me to wait and call you asking where you are , They are a Fail for customer service and irresponsible company.

My father who was an employee in that company has passed away during Corona while he was at the service !his death was at may 19 and till this date my father's languages or any of his belongings still didn't reached at home ! And it's almost 4 months ! He was in that company for past 13 years and this is how you treat ?? The company never contacted us! Even never replied to us ! Please at least reply to our mails! Transguard Security here in Souq Al Bahar Residence is active yes active checking so he can get money to the TENENANT if you argue with them they are more strict and strict to you especialy if you have works in your apartment they are stopping all your laborer even you have permit... you should give them money so they will be nice to you !!!!
