My first time booking a home Maintanance with them for a leak in my office , they confirm 11:00 Am and send me several confirmation emails that they are coming ,then they don t show up or call that they are late , after calling them they say they guys sick and can t make it maybe we can reschedule!!
At least you can inform your client that your a no show not for me to wait and call you asking where you are , They are a Fail for customer service and irresponsible company.
