Transdirect have wonderul Customer Service Reps at their call centre. That's the best I can say about Transdirect After 4 days I had to cancel as they didn't want to collect from a residential address. I suggest Transdirect ONLY deal with companies as they obviously can't get their drivers to drive to residential clients. After 4 days I canx... so... if you're prepared to wait in your home for 4 plus days this company could be for you
