This is company is not a good company. the broker does not care unless it hurts him. They do everything for their own good. they also lie/discrimination.

What a joke........Carriers don't waste your time with these guys.....

DO NOT WORK WITH BRITTANY CONWAY SHE LIES ABOUT DELIVERY AND PICKUP TIMES SHE IS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL SHE LIED TO MY DRIVER ABOUT PICKUP AND DELIVERY TIMES SHE WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET HER LOAD COVERED DOES NOT REPRESENT THE COMPANY IN A GOOD MANNER DEFFENETLY WILL NOT WORK WITH THEM DUE TO HER

Did loads for this company. AFTER loads are 90 days late. They tell you that they did not receive the 7 times you invoice them.. Not sure if they are out of money or what but if you need your money. I would stay away from them..

I tried to work this out with them but they were unreasonable

One of the worst trucking companies I have ever worked with. Have a one a day pickup scheduled with them and they constantly, and I mean constantly miss loads. They don't even give any warnings half the time, they just don't show up. I've worked with most of trucking companies out there and this company is by far the worse one I've ever dealt with. Steer clear!

They set up appointments you can not possibly make legally.

Such a bad company to work with. They are very cheap and will cancel a load on you in a heartbeat to make an extra $25. Drew is someone you will probably work with from the michigan office. He is the most rude broker you can speak to. He tried to make my driver drive illegally and then got pissed at me when we were "late" to a delivery we couldn't even make legally. iIf i could rate them 0 out of 5 i would.

The company is very dirty in tge way of their systems. This is the type of company that nobody should stride for. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone.

Last three years have had very bad experience with them. Appointment time issues, pick up number issues, long waiting time for anything.....

after hours service has zero knowledge , all they do, is take your call ans say WE WILL CALL YO BACK,
and never calls back

the worst broker work with , I wait 8 hours for rate confirmation , and I didn t take no load , because the brocker he said 15 min and I ll send rate cf to you ,, a devise don t work with bad broker and company like this ( they have lot good good broker but sometime you find worst one in bad day that happen
