Very unorganized. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend driving for them, not working with them. They treat their employees poorly.

I'm a lease driver for them and been with them for 3 years now and just like other companies they have up and downs but they take care of me

I have just started here and already I am ready to leave. They don't care anything about the driver. They care about getting the load to its destination on time. The recruiters tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in, and then you find out its not true. They do answer the phone, however, they are rude when you call. Rob is awesome and helped me a lot on my first day on the road. I regret that I have come here

They have treated me with all the respect in the world I have been running 2800 to 3000 miles a week in well pleased

I'm on my way to kilgore driving on 31, the truck driver was in the right lane and I was in the left lane, I was turning left to exit and the truck driver started turning in my lane to exit even though he's in the right lane. He was about to run into me just to make the exit and I had to mash on my brakes just not to get hit! I HAD MY FAMILY IN THE CAR!!! EVEN THOUGH I HONKED MY HORN HE KEPT GOING!!! License plate number is T546206 please discipline whoever this employee is cause he obviously does not know how to drive!

This is our exit. I and everyone else could have been home over an hour ago and counting but your "professional" driver thinks it's his duty to illegally block traffic and keep us from lawfully exiting using the emergency lane during a traffic jam. You might want to train your drivers before putting them behind the wheel. This Trans Am driver could also use some anger management classes. (No one is in front oh him, BTW.)

This is a sorry company. Start Ya at 40 cents around to be a slave driver. Then they want to fire you if you go by the company rules especially if you try to outrun a hurricane and get cut off by other drivers. I do not recommend going to this company as a As a student driver you can easily go to hirschbach and make 4647 cents a mile

I wouldn't drive for this company again if it was the last place on earth.
If you give notice to quit, like any professional should do they will hold all of your money for 45 days. Very unprofessional company. They lie, cheat and steal from their drivers. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!!! THEY WILL FAIL AND PAY FOR WHAT THEIR
DOING!!!!

Only after two weeks of working for them, a personal issue took me off my truck for 7 days, after getting back to my truck, they had me moving within the hour and haven't stopped rolling since. Although I have a negative paycheck this week it is NO FAULT OF TRANSAM. They are working diligently to help me get back to positive side.
I have read many negative reviews but I DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THOSE. I have not had any negative experience with this company at all. I have worked for several companies over the years, any company you work for there will be GOOD weeks and BAD weeks, THATS TRUCKING. I encourage anyone to come here and give them a try. If you are a good driver who knows how to work your clock and keep your LEFT DOOR CLOSED, and make on time deliveries, they keep you preplanned at least two loads ahead and YOU WILL MAKE MONEY.

This is absolutely the WORSE trucking companies in the industry. they will call you in the middle of your 10-hour break. They will not give you any the details about your lease contract until the last minute, then you realize it's all a scam. I took home less than $400 a week on average and that's driving 2800 miles a week. No detention and no layover. I've never written a negative review about any company. Do not drive for trans am
