There are so many subjects to touch on when it comes to areas where this company is lacking, if you want your hours to be changed every week and poor communication then this is the place for you, benefits are needless to say the exact opposite of beneficial. They have no respect for their employees and management and office workers have no care for the backbone of how their money is made(field operations) they have run down equipment and a run down attitude . I can t believe I ve stayed for as long as I have. They cannot keep people and have messed up my weekly checks time and time again, with no apology or even excuses and blame only the employee, politics get shoved in your face when you come to HR or safety with a concern. I now show up and do my job and go home silently, I m looking for a better opportunity, somewhere that employees are appreciated and treated fairly! This is only a job to get you to your next job!

Twice now I've seen their trucks on the road being driven less than desirable. One was on the highway by me and I noticed how they were driving so I made a point to distance myself from them. Then they took the same exit as me (I was behind them) and they took the loop so fast they were losing parts off the back of the truck. And this morning a guy was very erratic and not staying in his lane and I noticed it was another Trans-tel truck. Probably need to slap some "How's my driving?" stickers on the trucks.

My husband worked for Trans-tel for 13 years. Best job he ever had. The owners are wonderful people. They work as a team and do a very professional job. I highly recommend them!

Poor communication,very poor management, bad pay, can t keep promises. They expect to much out of you.

I've worked here just over a month now, the employees and supervisors are great people, they will teaching you new thing's as long as you want to learn. We deal with fiber in all aspects. So far so good.

A technician stepped on a water line in my attic, causing a small break, which went unnoticed. A few weeks later, the ceiling in my garage collapsed leaving a 12 square foot hole, as well as water, insulation, and dry wall all over my garage. When I tried to file a complaint, the investigator who came to my house made lots of excuses, called me a liar, and said they were not going to take responsibility.

Only leaving 1 star because zero stars isn t an option.

Our quality of engineering and our adherence to to industry standards (BICSI) ensured that our customers would get a finished product that met or exceeded their expectations. The more contracts we performed on, the easier my job got! My mentors at Trans-Tel taught me that if you work hard, you can achieve the American Dream!

Your contractors J& S Communications are very unprofessional and leave a bad taste in people's mouths. Very childish group of people.
