Last package received after fourteen (14) business days. The inconvenience is not the wait, it is the lack of clarity and communication by the company, if the order is going to take more than five (5) business days, the most prudent is to inform it so as not to generate uncertainty due to possible loss. , uncertainty that is reinforced in the support area, because they do not give timely response and put the user to move from one platform to another for the resolution of the case. Justified delays are compressible, lack of communication is not.

Terrible customer service. Super expensive and unwilling to help. Look for another place before even thinking about using TransExpress. Don't waste your time and money, because when it comes to charge they don't hesitate. I would give them less than one star, but is not possible, unfortunately.

This company hacked into my Zulily account and placed an order. They even changed my default shipping address to this location and removed my actual address from my address book! If it hadn't been for PayPal alerting me that I had made a purchase, I wouldn't have realized until after the item had been shipped that they hacked into my account. Thankfully Zulily was more than kind and removed the purchased and refunded me my money.

Good morning Greetings, I think it is an excellent currier company, I have approximately 3 years using it and so far 04-04-2014 I have no complaints, shipments arrive on time and in good condition, I know where my packages are all the time since They arrive at their wineries in Miami, for me it is still the fastest shipping company from the USA, but lately they have taken a while to deliver the packages after they arrive in Venezuela, but this is not the fault of transexpress, it is already the fault of Customs in Vzla .. The company provides an agile service (at least as regards shipping to Colombia). Too bad the national customs are so slow and delay the full service. In general, the cost of the service is reasonably cheap. The bad thing is that they do not have the option to consolidate packages and each package that is received is sent separately, which makes the service expensive, for example when you make a combo purchase on Amazon and the items arrive from different recipients. You make a purchase and pay for it multiple times. That is the only point against that I find with the Transexpress service.

Totally a waste of time and money.

I ordered 6 packs from Amazon and they got stuck in my P.O. Miami Box because its web side was probably hacked as any web side can be under maintenance for 2 weeks. I couldn't add a payment method due to the web side, so they can't do anything. They don't respond on Facebook or Instagram and when you try to send an email it doesn't work because the user's mail folder is full.
It's not my fault that the web side is under maintenance, but they SHOULD PROVIDE US WITH A WAY TO CONTROL OUR PACKAGES. And don't wait for some guy to answer us after a week of asking where our money went. Strongly disagree with this "company".

Someone at this address hacked into my eBay account and ordered a $164 Apple iPhone, and changed the delivery address from mine in upstate NY to this address in Doral, FL (a suburb of Miami). Since based on the multitude of horribly rated postings, why isn't this fraudulent business shut down? Does America no longer care about getting ripped off by these people? I will be reporting this company to all the Federal Agencies and hopefully one of them will investigate if Trump hasn't fired them all!

Just do not bother. They will not do their job. They will just ship the package without filling the proper paperwork as you ask. You will end up being charged for customs that are not supposed to be charged. This happened to me and now they just transfer calls and e-mails to other overseas companies. They are the ones who are supposed to fix the issues. BEWARE!

This is the WORST SHIPPING COMPANY I've used to send packages to Latin America. I made a shipment to Costa Rica and it is assumed that as a company they should let the customer know all the requirements and regulations with shipments such as to Costa Rica. I had to send baby clothes and a diaper to a relative who is in Costa Rica, for my nephew who is newborn and things never came, transsexpress ignored the case because they can not do anything. The worker or representative of the company JENNIFER AGUERO, is the person with whom we try to solve this, and she simply says that she can not solve and that she will not do anything to help us. This is the service they offer in that company, so I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU ABSOLUTELY that you use these services. And also another thing when I get to send the company in TRANSEXPRESS DORAL MIAMI FLORIDA, the person who attended me at the cash desk gives a Customer service, wanting to leave, bad attitude and did not know and was not interested in putting the clear requirements so that the shipment arrives correctly to its destiny and its name is JOSE QUIROZ, if it does not like to work where it works, because it obtains something where at least it offers a good service to the client, because none of the person that we contacted nor have nor did they show professionalism in the supposed "service" they offer.

I had many doubts regarding the service provided by Trans-Express since I had only heard negative comments, however, I was encouraged to use it and after more than 10 shipments I have to point out that the service seems very good to me. I keep informed of the status of my shipments through its website, the shipments are handled carefully and repackaged when required. Of course, I don't consider their rates economical but I will always be willing to pay them if the guarantee is as it has been until now. That is, the packages arrive at their destination safely and without inconvenience. Satisfied customers, we just hope the service continues like this. I think you can improve rates and delivery time to qualify as EXCELLENT.

The service is not as good as they paint it .. they charge you more than $ 130 for a wooden repackage, they also charge the warehouse to your package that is $ 20 even when it is your fault that the package is still in MIAMI .. the Customer service person is poor and does not offer any solution to the customer when they have a problem that comes out of their blessed "tickets" do not know how to act .. in my case came a package that was a TV 32 ".. that According to them I arrive in a very large repackaged box and that is why they told me that they would charge $ 200 for the shipping ...
