Misleading mails from different company `Digital Systems Japan` led me to meet the (polite and friendly) people from Apex. Claiming they had performed background check made me wonder why the initial interview was not well prepared (seemed they didn't know anything about me really) and the position proposed wasn't really suiting my background. Together with what seemed to be some mixup with meeting rooms the interview was short and left me with the feeling of being scammed into handing over my information under the premise of being headhunted. Maybe I just got off a bad start with them but would recommend anybody contacted to stay clear.

I met the Apex team in order to get some insight on what I am worth on the Tokyo market given my current skills and level of experience. I truly appreciated the relatively long time they spared me although I clearly told them at the beginning of the interview that I was not interested in hearing about new opportunities at this stage, and also their friendliness. I would definitely contact them again should I become open to new opportunities in the future.

I had a very good experience with an agent from Apex to search and get my new career. I tried to change my career, which means I had no experience in the job field that I was searching, and the agents were very helpful , kind, responsive, responsible, and enthusiastic to get me in the new field. I could tell they knew what they were doing and they did their best for me. Even though I had no experience in the new field, I could get a very good offer at the end. You should know what you want in the future for the job search, but if you know that they are great agents to work with. I really appreciate their help.

This time, with the great support of the person in charge, I was able to change jobs under convincing conditions.
In addition to suggesting questions for all situations in the interview, we had negotiations with the human resources department and detailed follow-up, and until the final answer was received, it was very helpful.
I don't think I have changed jobs often. We are very grateful for the detailed support we have given us at such a big event.

Rather than introducing a company with a personal consultant's personal connection, the company has a very strong connection with the client and the information is accurate.
Therefore, while powerful candidates can be helpful, junior class is not an agent who introduces companies one after another mechanically, so I think that it may not match.
I think it is one of the trusted agents in the pharmaceutical industry.
