I STRONGLY URGE NO ONE TO USE THIS BUSINESS! They are fraudulent, plain and simple. This company will take advantage of you. Do not use them. Upon contacting their customer service team, they had no explanation as to why the quote was so high. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! If I could rate minus 5 stars I would. This is a condense explanation of what happened, they also stripped my screws, scratched my back cover and mocked me on the phone when I said I would repair it myself.
Don't go to Trams if you want a clean up service as they don't provide one! They only replace parts which is a lot more expensive!
I have always found this company to be reliable, Staff are friendly and always willing to help even at times of extreme short notice. in my line of work there are occasions where I need to have items at short notice and I can depend on Trams to turn around deliveries and repairs in short time frames. My account manager is just a phone call or email away. Always there when I need to place an order or in need of support. I cannot recommend Trams enough, Throughout my years in the I.T industry I have had to deal with many suppliers I can honestly say that Trams are a cut above the rest of the fierce competition.
I recently used Trams again to purchase an Apple computer. I have used this company for about 22 years, and must be one of their oldest clients. I have always found them to be very helpful, both on servicing, and offering very keen pricing. I read some negative reviews before posting this, and all I can say is they don't reflect the company I know.
Very rude and difficult to deal with. They seem to have an innate dislike for their customers which is really difficult to understand or forgive.
Similar experience as below. Was charged a tenner for 2 of the rubber feet that go on the bottom of as macbook pro. Laptop came back scratched and scraped to pieces. When I questioned them on the charges I was laughed at. Dropped the laptop in a month ago originally to get the screen fixed, was told it would be 5 days for the repair. They had to be constantly chased, never replied to email and was met with arrogance on the phone. In the end I had to just take the laptop back as they couldn't seem to sort any of the issues out themselves in a timely manner. Useless. Absolutely useless.
